Aug 26,2020Ordered a set of VW Sportline alloys and received with one of the badges missing. After several attempts at chasing this up I still have no badge. £550 for an incomplete set. The excuse being that they can't get hold of them due to the manufacturers being affected by COVID-19. A simple google search and the badges are on sale for £15. Also I didn't receive a VAT receipt which I need for my accounts. On chasing this up I was told that I had left it too long and they can't go that far back on their records to send me one. A whole two months!? Absolute rubbish, and why wasn't one sent in the first place?

Aug 14,2020Provided wrong wheel bolts, these wheel bolts then caused damage to my wheel hub, there are refusing to pay for the damage caused by their mistake. Keep trying to blame me and are trying to blame OZ for giving them the wrong ones. Why don't they check the orders before sending them out? Stop trying to pass the blame and take responsibility for your mistake. Avoid

Aug 14,2020Ordered some special order TSW Ascent alloys and Yokohama tyres for my SLK, Was told up to 14 days for delivery but they arrived within 7 days. Wheels are stunning and the telephone service was fantastic. Have used LKPerformance before and will definately order from them in the future. Many Thanks

Received the wrong wheels, refused a refund, swap or anything and became aggressive. when I called they said there is a disclaimer on there site stating wheels may differ from those pictured - so in theory according to them they can send you anything. The then claimed the wheels were custom made to order so they can not be refunded or swapped. Every communication has been me calling them, not once have they called me, returned a call, or made any effort to resolve. Avoid at all costs.

May 03,2020Bought 20” Conceptor alloys...after 3/4months in car they started to corrode. Exchange fed them under warranty and had them on car for 3 months then removed them for winter...dry stored and again excessive corrosion. Tried to ask for exchange he or refund and even said I would pay for an upgrade but they are just plain rude and their attitude leaves a lot to be desired. I’ve approached Trading Standards and we ha e sent a letter of request also but they still argue it’s my fault and stating climate is to blame....that’s possible but not within 6months each time...that just means it’s crap lacquer which should be rectified. I’ve e seen a few sets excessively corroded buy they refuse to acknowledge that. Extremely poor customer service that latch on to any and all minor details to exonerate them from blame..I was prepared to pay more to upgrade which was a good gesture on my part but they are rude and stubborn. Small claims court it is then.

Proper customer service is so rare this days. I would totally recommend IK Performance. Well done and thanks again.
