Aug 05,2024Google it and your town comes up and says they deliver to pick up etc in 24 hours. But put in your postcode and it does'nt work. Its prefilling your search term to promise 24h turn around. So its very easy to book and pay and then turns out they do not coer your area

We collect, clean & deliver at your preferred time & location", they don't actually serve the area.

Aug 03,2024I have never used a laundry service before but just find it very difficult to wash and dry a king-size duvet now so investigated options and found that Love2laundry had by far the best reviews which sounded authentic and a reasonable pricing structure. I found the app very easy to use and arranged pick up that same evening. The driver who collected and returned the order was prompt and very pleasant. The duvet itself was beautifully washed and dried plus it smelt lovely. I will use the service again and would recommend it.

Aug 03,2024This company has THE worst service. They cannot control their delivery drivers at all. They never pay attention to the time slots that you book and just turn up when it suits them. Or not at all. When you contact customer services they literally roll out a series of excuses they use on repeat. Instead of making life easier (which is the point of such a service!) they cause so much stress and admin it’s unbelievable. I gave them multiple chances to get it right and each time they messed up. Will never use them again.

Aug 03,2024I had my car cover got washed from Love2Laundry which to my surprise are the only people who wash car covers in Dubai and I couldn’t find any other company that would do it. It was a huge cover (for GMC Denal) the cover was almost 15 kgs. Kudos to the team to have been able to wash such a big cover. Thank you.

Aug 01,2024Communication - late delivery (the following day without consultation - only told by email 5 hours after it was supposed to have been delivered and when it did come the full order wasn't there and despite them admitting they haven't done the work no refund offered. The delay caused enormous stress and it was impossible to get hold of anyone.

Aug 01,2024I am very disappointed with your services. I booked 2 washes one for whites and one for mixed wash. My white clothes all came back off white and discoloured. I am 100% convinced you washed my white clothes with non-white clothes/mixed wash. The clean laundry was also presented back to me with the whites and dark colours mixed making me think this was definitely the case. I have used your services for the last year and never had a problem. You have ruined my white clothes and I don’t know what to make of it!

Aug 01,2024This was replacement of a sheet lost from a routine laundry. I was given timelines for investigation and reply to me that were simply not met. Each time I had to email to prompt a response. There was no proactivity. An arrangement was finally made for delivery of a replacement. The agreed date and time passed without delivery or explanation - requiring me to chase again. The final slot offered a few days later was 7-11pm. A disappointing experience overall. It all took about a month.
