Aug 29,2024Convenient. Don’t expect too much, not as what is said on website. Website is easily navigated but tracking link doesn’t always work. Delivery doesn’t come at the chosen slot, it doesn’t deliver in the branded bag as said but very thin white plastic bag. If there wasn’t a discount code, may not try. Not considering to use again in short term.

Aug 29,2024I can write a whole essay possibly pointing out all the things that went wrong, but I find it pointless. The worst of all is how they dealt with all the things that they went wrong. I highly recommend some Customer Service training as they have no idea how to make things right when things go wrong Next day Service is a lie but most of all the amount of time and energy I spent for a simple dry cleaning is completely ridiculous. I gave my laundry on the 24th. Today is the 28th and still have not received anything. I’ve been lied deceived and had the most horrible experience ever. I would never go anywhere close to that company. Please, for your sake of your customers go and do some training and find out what Customer Service means I cross my fingers that I will soon get my clothes back. I’m not hoping though.

Aug 18,2024Be aware of the risk of clothing not returning. The T&C on their website says they would compensate if it’s their fault, but even though I have photos proving the items packed before they collected, they do not take any responsibility at all. Dint wanna leave a long comment but let’s just say, I’m a very careful person and I’ve done all I could to ensure I didn’t do anything wrong. I even counted how many items before sending and took photos. Yet, the most unacceptable thing was the 1st,2nd or even 3rd response from them were NEVER trying to check the machines or anywhere, or to even look for them, not even apologising for the mistake. It’s simply unbelievable. Oh, and they don’t show you a real scale with your clothing on the scale, they only showed you a number that you can’t know if it’s true.

Aug 17,2024my laundry is delivered by Imran who is very polite and kind. My only reason for 4 star and not 5 star is the problems I have had getting a valid password in order to log in for collection and delivery. I still have not got a valid password to enable me to book on line. Apart from this Imran has delivered my laundry in impeccable condition washed and folded and my bedspreads once again looking like new. Can't praise him enough.

Sep 02,2024One bag of mine was collected but three were delivered: my laundry was spread amongst someone else’s even though my name was on all three bags. What a nightmare! EDIT: to be fair, Love2Laundry did sort it out very quickly and apologised. Usually much more reliable than this.
