Jul 12,2024Extremely poor service and lack of communications . Few months ago they have lost two of my trousers. I gave them a second chance. Again my shirts was not delivered, so I contacted them to find out . I received an email response after 2 days that there has been fire in their warehouse and they will find out and get back to me within 48 hours , it has been 10 days and still no response . It is ridiculous. 10 shirts and 2 tops have gone . Never, ever use them again

Jul 12,2024Firstly on pickup of my order the driver was over an hour late and I wasn't provided any information about an arrival time until after I'd contacted customer services at which point they said the driver would be 20-30 minutes away (this was actually over an hour). On delivery of the items I've been told that the driver will be up to 2 hours late. This is again after I've waited the entire slot and then contacted customer services. The reply in the email stated that they "expect my cooperation and patience" despite their complete lack of service. I will never use this company again and they provide no updates and are highly unreliable.

Jul 11,2024Very poor service and worst experience ever with Love 2 Laundry. Non professional work and caused damage to my new expensive suit just due to non professional working. They don’t know actually how to wash and press. I suggest everyone to avoid availing services if other options are available. Totally non professional working.

Jul 10,2024They did not return an item and it took a lot of emails, confusing responses as they raise a "ticket" for every email, there is no continuity of who you are dealing with and you get standard alarming emails "say, than you for letting us know" as if that was the first time you've raised it. Not helpful, The good news is that after two weeks of this, we got the item back

Jul 09,2024The service is very poor. Once again, part of my delivery is missing and no attempt was made to inform me of that prior to delivery. Even when they delivered they waited until I noticed before saying the rest of my order wasn’t included. Generally it’s a very poor customer experience.

You get a good choice of time slots for collections and delivery times and the guys who collect and deliver are efficient, friendly and reliable. I would definitely use the laundry and dry cleaning service again
