Jul 04,2024I have been a loyal customer of Love2Laundry - their delivery/collection team are super friendly and their App communications work well; where I have an issue and ongoing problem is with their customer services when problems do occur. When you place an order you pay for the services you have requested; should this vary then the team should call you to discuss any anomalies, not simply charge your card as they please. I was recently sent an email to say that my card would be charged more for additional laundry which was not valid; what was charged was 3 times the amount mentioned!!! This charge was neither authorised nor discussed and was not applicable. They acknowledged this error and organised a refund but no explanation as to why they communicated one amount, charged another; they did not phone to discuss and then to add insult I have to wait up to 10 days to receive my money back with no proper apology, compensation or a phone call. They also need to step away from cut/paste emails and actually listen and connect with their customers. Appalling customer service which is such a shame.

Jul 04,2024Unreliable. Cancelled the delivery (return of my items) and rescheduled for one week later. The items were a change over of linen and towels for Airbnb guests. My cleaner had to find an alternative solution.

Jul 03,2024I used their service for the first time and i will not be using it again. My cloths were not done properly. My cuffs and collars were not properly washed... Not impressed at all and after complaining the dry cleaners called to say its the best they can do.....

Jul 02,2024This is an absolutely disgusting company. They lost my clothes in a fire. And of course - are now asking for receipts - who keeps receipts from even a couple years ago? There were designer pieces from South Korea and Paris. They won't even call me back. Please please avoid this company.

Jul 01,2024The order was delivered back to me 2 days late. Despite the telephone message saying that calls are answered between 9 -2pm on Sundays, my call was simply dropped and hung up. I tried twice in case it was me. The initial message telling me my delivery would not be arriving came after the deadline. It was an email, which has simply updated my delivery date to the next day, with no explanation. After copious emails, I was told the delay was due to the pillows taking a long time to dry. Considering the order had been with the company for two days at that point, I was not convinced by this explanation. Following a number of emails, a new time was agreed and I was assured this would be met. Needless to say, it wasn't. Deadline passed, no communication. I called, my details were taken and I was told 'someone' would call me back to 'discuss' my order. Completely dissatisfied, I also sent an email stating the order had not arrived. I received no call. I did receive an email - shortly before the order was finally delivered (nearly three hours after the deadline), now telling me that the delay was due to bad traffic and a fire! What to say - except no way would I recommend this company. I will be closing my account and I relieved to have got my items back. It felt a bit touch and go.

Jul 01,2024This is the first. time I have used Love2Laundry. The collection was a little late due to a van breaking down but I was given plenty of warning about this and it did not inconvenience me. The return was on time despite the upheaval of Wimbledon Tennis roadblocks and heavy traffic. I found the driver very polite and helpful. The laundry was exactly what I had hoped. Well ironed and provided in the Love2Laundry bag. I am planning to use them this week.

Jun 29,2024I sent my clothing to be dry cleaned many days in advance for an event. There was a fire incident and the company does not respond accordingly. Delivery does not take place on time and they keep delaying without any explanation. I could not wear this piece of clothing for the event and they won’t refund me. Useless secretary at reception refuses to transfer me to her manager and fails to pass on the message. The phone number is not real customer service but rather a barrier to a frustrating experience. Will never purchase from them again and I don’t recommend anyone doing so.
