Sep 26,2024First time using Love2Laundry and I'm afraid I'm not impressed! 1. Ordering via their app is not straightforward. Accidentally put two orders when booking. This was corrected after spoken to their Support team. But, I have been charged £5 for this! Email the team but NO answer 2. The wash was delivered late (as the driver apparently missed to pick up). As a gesture, they offered 10% for my next orders. Ironically, the 10% next order discount is eligible for all customers (including those unfortunate one like me who run out of shirts to wear) due to missed delivery. Thanks for nothing! My order number is 9AU7EE, which will be my first and last with Love2Laundry!

Sep 23,2024Used the new app design. The laundry has been delivered days ago and they failed to do what had been requested despite several chats with the customer help service .Avoid the app and use the web site until they acknowledge the problems and fix them.

Sep 18,2024i am having the worst experience of my life. It started around 5-6 sept when i received my ironed clothes (no complains regarding that. excellent pick up and drop facility and Iron service also very good). I did not receive any bill but had exact 57£ in my card (which was supposed to be my invoice amount post discount code application). But when they they tried to deduct 75£ (without discount code) instead of 57£ amount from my card, payment declined. i was shocked to see decline and 75£ as the bill hence i contacted the customer care and asked then to update the invoice. They updated the invoice and sent me an email with link to do payment. i paid full amount of 56£ approx on 6th sept and cleared dues (luckily kept the screenshot of payment). post that suddenly on 12 sept they deducted 75£ from my card. i contacted customer service again provided proof and got refund on 14th sept. Again today they tried deducting 87.50£ twice (luckily my account had less that 87 £. hence they couldn't deduct, else again i would have to call customer care and follow the infinity loop of deduction and refund. Highly disappointed

Sep 13,2024I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Love2Laundry. Despite multiple clear instructions not to use needles on my shirts, this issue has occurred repeatedly. I trusted this company with my clothes while on vacation, only to find that they have once again ignored my requests, causing unnecessary damage to my garments. When I reached out to resolve this matter, I was met with a series of unhelpful responses and empty gestures, such as a paltry 10% discount on future services—something I have no intention of using. The company's inability to follow simple instructions, coupled with their refusal to issue a full refund, demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I am extremely busy, which is why I rely on laundry services, but I certainly do not have time to deal with the incompetence shown by Love2Laundry. If you value your time, money, and clothes, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for laundry services.

I had placed my faith in your services by opting for prepaid packages like wash and iron for shirts and trousers, dry cleaning for suits, and pre-bundle services. However, I haven’t been able to track what has been used, what’s pending, or even see a clear end date for these services. At the very least, I should have been informed or received some notification via the app, but that hasn’t been the case. This lack of transparency has caused significant inconvenience. Also now you charged me for services I have already paid. This is not acceptable. The chat support is not able to help and your support mail is not replying.

The first time was perfect, on the second occasion there were delays in dropping off the laundry which meant knock-on effects as the drop-off was time sensitive. On the third occasion, not only was the drop-off late, but they failed to iron the shirts, which arrived back crumpled. Inconsistent service and unsatisfactory.

Sep 05,2024I am bewildered why you ask us for our preferred pick up and delivery times and the ignore them. Pick up is always fine but return is at all times and not when convenient for me and now there is no warning email

Sep 03,2024My washing machine broke about two years ago and thanks to love to laundry I haven't actually had to replace it. Having my laundry washed by them is my little treat that I dont have to worry about having wet washing lying around and strewn over radiators to dry. I have a health condition and this has been a complete saviour. Washing is always high quality and folded neatly and the drivers are really lovely and very flexible
