Jul 22,2024Overcharged for my last order and requested them to use baby friendly washing up liquid but it smelt highly perfumed upon return. They overcharged me for more buttons and charged an extortionate £20 to fix a seam on a dress when it's simply sewing a straight line! Ridiculous, I didn't realise they'd charge me twice for two seems when it's one dress and pretty simple fix and their customer service is appalling, I wouldn't bother

Jul 22,2024I was on a business trip and stayed in a hotel in London for 8 days. Love2Laundry was recommended by a friend. It turned out much better value for money than using the hotel's laundry service. The process is seamless and efficient with collection and rop off. Will certainly recommend and use again when in London - well done Team L2L!

Jul 19,2024As a regular client of Love2Laundry for almost a year now, I’m extremely disappointed with their recent service. My items were due for delivery by Wednesday, but the delivery arrived with two missing items, including one that is particularly valuable. Despite numerous attempts to contact them by phone and email, I still have no information on whether the items will eventually arrive, as they are no longer responding. The lack of communication and unresolved issue with my valuable item is unacceptable. I cannot recommend their services anymore.

Jul 19,2024Speedy service. However, seams not perfectly ironed. Some trousers seams are disappointedly off kilt. I have used this service before;gave it another try as though it may have been a one-off however not. Love2laundry - your reply to my message is about missing items. I don't have anything missing items, just items ironed not very well. Sorry to reply on here, but there was no option to reply privately.

Jul 18,2024Usually an OK service but left me without shirts for work due to moving the delivery date back by a day. The 2nd delivery was also late which happens a lot. When I complained I was offered 15% off my next order, which is exactly the same offer as the regular promos they spam my inbox with, so didn't compensate me at all. Will be using a competitor. On the plus side the laundry service is generally OK.

Jul 17,2024Delivery has been a nightmare. Sent an email saying it would be ready a day late. No explanation and no offer for a discount. Future email saying it was going to be delivered on the original day, just very late. Get a call when I am in bed as the guy can’t find my 24/7 staffed building.
