Jun 23,2024Every-time I use these guys and leave instructions re alterations they just don’t do it and dry clean instead. Even when remind the person collecting. Why say you do alterations when you never do ? It’s just a Waste of everyone’s time and annoying.

My delivery driver was polite and helpful, as always, and remembered to bring me an extra bag as promised when he collected my laundry. This is a great service and all the staff do their utmost to ensure an excellent experience.

I was told it would be picked up between 18:00 and 21:00 but I’m still waiting. I contacted the chat line after 21:00 and they told me the driver was 30 mins away. 90 mins later and I’m still waiting. Not acceptable
