Jun 12,2024Such a shame as I used this service twice before the third disaster and am sorely regretting giving them my repeat business. They lost 3 individual socks ( so 3 pairs ruined ) and today I found a very rare t-shirt has also not been returned. They also took an extra charge from my card without the decency of checking with me first and then lied and said they had sent an email informing me . ( don’t worry I did a charge back from my bank and will be getting it back, but it’s not about the money ) I probably would have said yes to them if they had bothered to ask , but the principle of taking that charge and then doubling down about this being fine , and then the lies is worrying. Now to add insult to injury they didn’t return an expensive t-shirt. All the items missing, bar one, were from a white load, so obviously something went wrong, but they won’t admit that. Save yourself worry and avoid. There are more honest and transparent services out there .

Jun 11,2024Saw the advert for love2laundry , looked at advert an did my details duvet was picked up on Tuesday evening about 20 minutes after 7 , saw the drivers journey on the map which was great , got a tex an email that driver was on way to deliver duvet , again followed his journey on map was delivered at the right time that was stated , very impressed , I will definitely use again .

Jun 10,2024Very disappointed. I had 5 pillows cleaned and they came exactly as they were before -with yellow discoloration. I wrote 2 lovely reviews for the company as first time they were able to clean the same pillows so they were sparkling white. Second review I sent as I was happy with their customer service but I should have waited for the pillows to arrive to review the company. This time the pillows are yellow and even still wet; one of then with a stain which was not there before!

This has included things like shoe and suit repair so much more than your standard laundry service. Great and friendly customer support and drivers too especially Sarah and Ujjal! Jun 15,2024Pick up was great but the ap was a nightmare. Couldn’t get it to register my order properly and chat function was not great. To be fair order was eventually processed via live chat. On the plus side laundry came back beautifully pressed. Will use again as always prompt pick up and return.
