Jun 01,2024Good service the collection was fast and within the hour of me booking. Delivery was tricky as it did not come on the day it was booked as my dry cleaning was not ready. However, it was rescheduled and the clothes came out great. I would use again but hope next time I can receive my delivery on the day requested.

May 30,2024I recently sent a winter/summer duvet (2duvets buttoned together) for cleaning. Only one part was returned. Many emails later I was told that if I opened the bag completely and looked carefully I would find the duvet that had been unbuttoned and cleaned separately! Needless to say this was not the case. Their final email to me “assured” me that the missing duvet was not in their possession and both parts had been returned together, no matter how many times I told them there was only one. They ended by saying they understood this was not the outcome I wanted. Too right! Obviously will never use them again.

May 30,2024Dreadful!! Lost 24kg of my laundry dur to a technical mistake. No contact, no offer to replace no compensation, customer services won't answer been waiting for management who won't respond. Lost over 1000.00 in clothes completly gone! Have reported to the Police !!
