May 25,2024After submitting a poor review I must say that Love2Laundry did do their best to put things right. They re-cleaned a badly marked linen jacket (a mark it didn’t have when it went in) and offered to re-iron the poorly-pressed bed-set. Also apologised for late delivery. I might just give them a second chance. . .

May 26,2024Scammers! Taking extra money out of my account without permission. I had given an outfit a couple months ago but this time with the crop top, the bottom was the heaviest and the crop top was nothing compared to the bottom. They had charged me £60 for the order and had not noticed me about a “price increase” or how the price I had ordered with had changed. They made a mistake which they admit on, which was not contacting me to notify me about the extra charge but was happy to take the money out. For context: the bottom and chunni was £25 last time and this time with an added crop top it is £60, which they have tried to justify! A price increase to over 50% sounds very reasonable doesn’t it? Theyre not very helpful I’ve been told this mistake won’t happen again… which is hilarious to me because they’re thinking I’ll order from them again! They’re not going to help me because they’re more than happy to take my money without my permission so I will have to take this to my bank. No wonder they don’t let you use credit card!!!
