May 15,2024Have been using them for a while and have had frequent complaints from the beginning. Despite much patience these havent been resolved. They often forget to read comments left when placing the order. Have had multiple complaints with them not taking care of clothing and they don't seem to remedy this for subsequent orders. For instance hanging cashmere jumpers on wire hangers, and the same with polo shirts which stretches the material on the shoulders and damages the clothing. No refunds provided when they fail to follow the instructions. I've also had them forget items in my laundry and not tell me about it with a view to sneaking it back into the pile the following week. We once had an expensive ladies bag lost for a month as they forgot to return it. They frequently forget to provide new laundry bags when collecting the order, telling customers they can use plastic bin bags instead (great for the environment....!). Time keeping seems to be an issue with them Often collecting outside of the selected slots. In some instances, they haven't turned up at all to deliver the drycleaning despite the slot being available on the app. Of course I was not informed that the delivery slot wasn't available until after they had collected the clothes (conveniently preventing me from using a local provider instead). Very difficult to deal with the complaints department. Will not refund you when they make mistakes. They often advertise discount codes, however the app (android) doesn't seem to apply these when you type them in. The company don't generally apply them retroactively if you email in either. All around dealing with the company has become challenging. After a year of using them weekly I am now finding that the alternative providers such as ihateironing and laundry heap provide a far superior customer experience.
