Was planning to use until I saw the sexist pricing. Love2Laundry charge extra for women's shirts (£3) than men's shirts (£2.80). The FAQ claims that this is because "Women’s blouses for example are often more delicate than men’s shirts"... but they charge £6 for blouses, so that's not an explanation for the shirt pricing.
Pick-up times changed dramatically, made us late for an event. Drop off same happened. Boots sent in for sole gluing, came back and they'd done nothing.
Customers for 5 years and regretfully this company expanded too fast with 6 months of terrible mistakes: - Permanently Lost laundry not replaced - Stained items - Missed drop offs & pick ups - Delivering other people's laundry, or just 1 bag missing others - Terrible customer service trying to blame us This is a genuine review. Drivers report their new 3rd party cleaners have 30kg machines and they are mixing other peoples laundry, hence lost items. And drivers only look at names and not item numbers, loosing track of multiple bags. Real shame - I persevered but mistakes kept coming that were continually ignored. The company have admitted many of their mistakes and offered credits by phone call, but strangely never applied them. Further to the reply, we kindly requested many times in writing for a call with management to resolve this - all ignored. In addition to over 10 written requests since 2023 for a formal complaint to be raised & details of a third party ombudsman to adjudicate the matter - all ignored. The only option we were given was by one staff member shouting to take legal action. We received a recent reply stating their industry is not monitored by any ombudsman, which we doubt to be true. The company’s only solution was for us to make formal lists, we obliged, spent time formatting & printing official laundry lists, submitted with the laundry, which the company failed to acknowledge and sign as agreed, in fact it wasn’t returned at all. That was the last straw. We have acted in good faith and exhausted all options ahead of submitting this review.
Not very helpful. Tried to call to see if they pick up from my location. They hung up on me as soon as I mentioned the location. No call back either. Rude and inefficient.

Delayed delivery with dirt and hair. AVOID this service at all costs. This laundry service is probably one of the worst I have had so far in London. I paid for my down double duvet to be dry-cleaned. The delivery was delayed without good reason (not the first time that this has happened) and there was HAIR and DIRT on the supposedly clean duvet. Extremely disgusting!
The pick-up was too early so I have missed sending items to the laundry.

I so wanted to love love2laundry - but what a hassle! They have refused to refund us, even partially - our curtains have shrunk by 7cm!! They require notice of damage within 48hrs but we've only just moved back into a building so no opportunity to hang them. They weere not checked on delivery as they say. I wish I'd made the effort and stuck with my local, much cheaper and more reliable Dry Cleaner. We're now £1k out of pocket.
