Apr 11,2024Our first time using this service was great but on this occasion, the pick up and drop off has been 1.5 - 2 hours late (in the evenings). The tickets indicate the driver has not even left with our laundry until outside of the window we selected. A bit disappointing but the service itself was good.

Apr 10,2024Pick up and drop off was pretty good. You're given a time slot for both, but you better be by your phone because there are no calls to let you know they are en route etc! I sent in some bedding that needed a wash/iron, that side was pretty good to be honest. Only thing I'd improve slightly: besides a boil wash, there was no fragrance to it whatsoever. For that reason, a solid 4/5. Smell is everything for me (particularly with bedding!).

This happened before the flooding and I have the whatsapp the payment going out of my bank and contact history to show my order was 11th April and the storm 6 days ago....do not make up pretend excuses please
