Apr 01,2024The laundry service coordination is good; however the contracted laundries are bad. They ruined the clothes, poor wash quality. They also charged $5 afterwards "silently" without notifying what it is for!!!

Mar 26,2024The bag delivered to me was not mine. I had to run to the delivery car to get my correct bag. Also, it is the 2nd time the ironing is bad for curtains, even though I complained a month ago for the same issue. You lost a customer here. I hope you can improve for future customers.
