Pick up & drop off super smooth and easy Items smell like summer and are very soft Everything ironed and put into neat square. I will be suing services more often!

Mar 24,2024I have used other laundry collection and delivery companies but Love2Laundry is a cut above the rest. I am a relatively new customer and was impressed with the speed and efficiency of the laundry service with my first "order" Collections can be requested until late at night and prices are very good especially when considering the speed of turn round and quality of service. The next day returns are an amazing bonus. I have to admit that I found mastering the web site a little bit complex but that could be because of my age (73) but on my second order I knew what to expect so it posed no problems. I heartily recommend Love2laundry.

Mar 22,2024I LOVE love to laundry I want to shout it from the rooftops. When it arrives I dive my face into the bag to smell the fresh clean laundry. It’s such an incredible service. I almost don’t want to put the laundry away it’s folded so neatly and perfectly arranged. Wow. Door to door service. Always delivered with care and efficiency. It’s amazing. We currently have no laundry services so love to laundry is literally saving our family in more ways than you can imagine.

Mar 15,2024Delivery of laundry was late, first told that my delivery was rescheduled shortly after I was informed that my order was being dispatched. I then received 0 communication from the team who initially advised it was going to be rescheduled, now no tracking or updates from the courier or team responding to emails. First time using this company and will not be using it again. Company says they “proactively” issued 10% discount which firstly, is not an adequate amount, secondly I had to request compensation. I also submitted the majority of the emails referred to in the customer services response due to the lack of communication.
