Dec 16,2023My order was not picked up, received a text at 3pm today saying driver was on his way, ETA 40 mins, 5pm nobody had arrived, called thd driver and he said that they had cancelled my order and money was refunded, now I receive a text saying it was picked up at 5.30, terrible service.

STILL no response from Hannah in customer service, a 'manager' who at first tried to offer a free 6kg load (why would I wash anything with you guys again?!) and 20% off. Why have you not followed up with me? My White Company sheets & towels have still not been returned- do they just expect ME to buy new ones?! When you call customer service they flag you as 'urgent' but then no one calls you back. And all the 'managers' who can access tickets are 'unavailable'. What an utter shambles. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Dec 13,2023I was happy with the cleaning but unfortunately unhappy with delivery due to item not being returned on time. I have paid a slot when I want my item to be back and was informed of delay via email which was fine, as I still have some spare time to wait for my item before leaving home. However I was not communicated after when the second time slot has been extended and when queried via chat I was informed that item was coming between 3-5 h later than the slot I originally booked. I was angry and frustrated as I had a meeting to go to and yet I wanted my item back. At the end, I had to settle for much later hour so I can return on time from the meeting to get my item delivered. It frustrated me even more getting told about London traffic. Yes, I perfectly understand London traffic, as I live in London. And no I do not take this as an excuse, as I have paid for my time slot when to be delivered and no I will not take into consideration London traffic!
