Nov 30,2023*** PLEASE DO NOT USE *** They ruined all my clothes! My jumpers shrunken and my shirts had detergent powder residue on them! I had to end up binning my clothes. I reported this and sent pictures to Love2Laundry but they refused to admit any fault! Instead they offered a free 6kg wash! They are supposed to be professional laundry service and part of their job is to check labels. No instead they said that was down to me! What’s the point of doing this service?? Nov 30,2023Delivery was supposed to be between 7am- 10am! Being a Manager myself I fully understand operational issues however I had to ring customer services twice and nobody called back as promised. I missed an important deadline. No apology for my order being late. Had someone rang and said there were issues I could have rescheduled the delivery and carry on with my day. Instead my work load has increased due to me not being where I was supposed to be. I am extremely disappointed and unlikely to use again.

Nov 30,2023Delivery time slot was pushed back from 10am-1pm to 5pm-8pm. Zero reimbursement offered. The reason for time slots is so customers can organise their day around their delivery. It is part of the service to have the delivery take place in your requested time slot. My order was therefore not properly fulfilled and I am very disappointed by the lack of help from the customer service team.

Nov 25,2023I liked their service, they timely collected and timely delivered, their staff is supportive, their setup seems professional but their laundry service is not satisfactory I was expecting immaculate dry clean service, but its not done in an immaculate way. Some of the sleeve were dirty, and my corduroy coat became dull after dry cleaning, these apparel should be treated accordingly. This is called professionalism here experience comes, when someone choose laundry service they expect extreme care.

While the drivers are always professional, and the dry cleaning service is good, I hope you won’t have to deal with the customer service which is poor. They don’t understand that point is to be delivered on agreed slots, not when Lovelaudry wishes it. I won’t be using this provider anymore.
