Nov 19,2023They completely destroyed my clothes by not following the instructions I provided. Why offer drop down fields at check out for customer instructions if you’re not going to follow them? I chose them specifically because they allowed me to provide instructions, yet they didn’t follow them, and caused over USD 500 in damage to my clothes. Furthermore, when I brought this to their attention, they admitted that they didn’t follow the instructions, and all they did was offer me a free 6kg wash bag? Why would I ever trust them with my clothes again? Seriously, do not use this laundry service.

Also the communication was immediate and it was reasonably priced in comparison to other competitors. Love2laundry provides the best service, I’ve tried them all and it definitely is by far the best one.

Nov 15,2023A £500 Hugo Boss suit COMPLETELY RUINED by Love2Laundry (OXFORD) I have been using dry cleaning services over the last 20 years or so, and I have never received such an appalling dry-cleaning service! My advice: DO NOT use Love2Laundry I complained and their response was: Hi, Thank you for your patience. We hope this email finds you well. We wanted to reach out to you regarding the recent dry cleaning service we provided for your suit. We understand that you've experienced issues with bubbles on the suit, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately conducted a thorough investigation with our cleaning team, who collectively have over 20 years of experience in the field. After careful examination, it has been determined that such an error is highly unlikely given their expertise and commitment to quality. Despite this, we understand the importance of your satisfaction and would like to express our commitment to resolving the situation. As a gesture of goodwill, we are pleased to offer you a full refund for the suit cleaning service. Additionally, we can provide you with a letter confirming that we followed the care labels during the cleaning process. This letter can be used for further inquiries with the manufacturer to ensure that the cleaning was carried out in accordance with their recommendations. We genuinely hope that this resolution meets your expectations and helps address any concerns you may have. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we value your trust in our services. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with. That is why we need websites such as Trustpilot! My response to the customer service team's message is the following: Dear Customer Service, After having: (1) lost — albeit subsequently found — one of my shirts; (2) improperly ironed the rest of my shirts (9/9 shirts); and (3) inadequately dry cleaned/ironed one of my suits (on your first attempt, assuming that it was actually dry cleaned at all) and eventually ruined such a suit (on your second attempt), I am definitely not prepared to give you any of my garments ever again. You should simply take responsibility for your actions and offer compensation. That is what any responsible business would do. It is a Hugo Boss suit. All prices are available online. Nov 13,2023I gave Love2Laundry a pretty big challenge with almost 100kg of laundry and collection / delivery from a 3rd floor flat with no lift. The team were super helpful doing multiple trips up stairs to collect and deliver the laundry. Customer service were very responsive with sorting queries and making changes to the order. I would recommend to others.
