Nov 03,2024The laundry service is excellent, from pick up to drop off. I have never had an issue - everything comes back and in good condition. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and that is great. But, their website is absolutely awful. They seem to be running two sites - one updated and one legacy. When you click on the email link, its pot luck which website you are going to get. Even the website I get (sometimes) says "Legacy Site - 8 days." This is the second time I have tried to place an order of circa £100 and without exaggeration, I have had to reset passwords twice, it still does not recognise them, has no recognition of me and what is supposed to save time (the whole purpose of sending ironing out in the first place!) is painful and time consuming. So far, I am 40 minutes in and still cannot place an order. The website is truly just awful.

Oct 31,2024They out of nowhere charged me 16eur more because according to them I sent 2 additional duvet covers (I only have 2 and they were included in the king bed set, I check with customer service) Last time I sent a blouse for ironing, they didn't give it back to me with the rest of the order, so I needed to claim and when they send it back it was not ironed at all. I am done giving them chances to improve. Time to find another provider.

Oct 31,2024Easy to use website, text and email communication and delivery and pickup on time. Did I mention the quality of the cleaning and packaging? if I had one quibble, it would be about the folding. I needed to take everything out and re-fold it so it wasn’t all wrinkled.

Oct 26,2024I use Love2Laundry quite frequently and have so far had a very positive experience. Communications are good, deliveries on time, nice guy who collects the order. Today I contacted customer service (Nomi) with a last minute request to change my delivery date as I was unwell, they were really quick to reply and rearrange for me.
