I have been using this company for 4 years and recently when I wanted to place an order I noticed that the app had completely changed. Impossible to understand what you are doing on this new app. Long story short, I placed an order for collection and the time changed due to road works. Drop off time also changed from 4-6PM slot to 7-10PM. Whilst checking the app I apparently cancelled the drop off time without even knowing that I did that and got charged £5 straightaway and an email saying that I cancelled. Contacted customer service and they said that the drop off is still happening and they will refund my £5. When the person ( Amir) arrived to drop off I noticed straight away that he gave me back one cylinder bag when I had given 2 big reusable brand new laundry bag which was given to me a few months ago by them but which they have now decided to keep. The reason was that the zip was broken ( for BOTH BAGS???) which I know is a complete lie. I contacted customer service and they basically said they don’t take responsibility for bags. I never had an issue with this company in 4 years but this is a “new” company since they have been taken over. Clearly the management and people have changed. The app is abysmal. Terrible customer service. If there was an option to give zero star I would have done so.
I have not received my laundry despite receiving an email to say it’s been delivered.

Had multiple orders from Love2laundry and started well. The cleaning has generally been ok but service has been consistently worsening. Latest delivery came late due to the order not being processed on time. For the last 4 orders, couriers have consistently tried to pick up and deliver outside of the agreed times; this week trying to deliver at nearly midnight when the agreed delivery time was 17:00-20:00. A recent IT change means prepaid bundle orders are no longer visible so the customer has to arrange over multiple messages rather than simply placing an order on the app. Customer Service team is very apologetic when these issues are raised but has done nothing to improve the service.

The laundry is well done and the people who deal with enquiries by email are generally helpful. However, the website is glitchy and delivery and collection times are sometimes honoured and sometimes not. For example, having booked an 11am to 2pm slot last week the person came to deliver unexpectedly at 8.45am. When I mentioned that they were early they just said that they had lots of drop offs to make. On some other occasions, collection or delivery has been later than booked.
Lost my clothes and sent me back someone else’s dresses. It’s been two weeks, no follow up, no customer service, they even refuse to give me a refund!!
Need to get back to high standards: 1st- the app didn't work; 2nd the website didn't work. Then I'm told by support to logout & back in. Didn't work. Waited a couple of days and deleted the app. Was able to order through the website eventually. But, it's becoming usual for deliveries to be delayed by a day. I had an interview for a job; I ended up wearing an old wedding suit. A standard email is issued with apologies and someone called to make re-delivery but, a contract is such and missed deliveries are becoming usual. A 50% discount should be issued. In the future, I'll take the delivery time with a pinch of salt and just expect a one week turn around. I was lucky this time. But, I could have been really damaged by the standard of service I'm experiencing from Love2Laundry. I feel they need to improve their app (it was good until someone messed it up) and the website. Also, be honest about delivery times rather than make contracts that go unfulfilled.

When is a 24 hr service 48+? When you buy it from Love2Laundry, you are then informed after the event that they don't actually offer that service in your area (but you asked for my postcode and then confirmed a 24-hour turnaround). Every step of the way (and 18 emails concerning two, yes two, 5kg bags of laundry), the customer service was poor, tin-eared, and in some cases borderline authoritarian: 'We expect your cooperation and understanding in this regard.' What felt like an indulgent treat ('hey, let's just try one of those laundry services') made me look wistfully at the people sitting happily reading their books in the local launderette, paying a lot less, and writing fewer cross emails to ChatGPT customer service bots.

I got same day collection and delivery within 2 days as promised. Have not found another service that matches this speed. Price is reasonable for the service and the amount of bedlinens I sent. Would recommend and will use again.

Love2Laundry has always been a pleasure to deal with. Firstly, they are transparent about the charges and prompt with their service. I recently made an error with selecting my delivery date and they rearranged it as per my convenience despite me making the error which was really appreciated. The various customer service contacts I dealt with from the pick up person to delivery person to the person dealing with my query on email were all very pleasant and professional!
