The only thing which could be improved upon is the online Property File updates which were not always kept updated, so when we signed in the current position was not accurate. Thankyou

All of the staff were really friendly & helpful, & I felt that they really made an effort to make the process smooth & successful. Special thanks to Sara, Sally, & Lisa, who were all very professional , & knowledgeable about their work, but still with time to have a conversation about the sales process. I would recommend them for a quick property sale at auction.

Feb 05,2022Sara Herbert and Sally Wilkins sold a house of mine via auction, one which I was struggling to sell in open market with another agent due to the nature of buyers these days, offering high, then trying to haggle a £20k discount before signing. So the frustration for me as a landlord trying to offload an empty property for 2 months prior was high when I asked Loveitts to take over. They dealt with every headache seamlessly considering I am no longer living in the UK and they sold the property in 4 mins in the next online auction they hosted for the top market price I asked for:). Needless to say I will be sending more properties through to them and thank them so much for an incredible service. Highly recommended to every landlord and investor who has little time to manage these headaches themselves!

Michelle was quicker at communicating than solicitors and kept me up-to date every step of the way! Would definitely use again sold 2 different properties of mine where other agents failed to.

Feb 01,2022Loveitts have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish in the purchase of my property. Extremely responsive to phone calls,emails and genuinely having an understanding throughout. They supported me and the venders together through the process. I completed on 6.9.22 and the process was smooth. They evan gave me a gift box full of goodies to start living in my new home. A special thanks to Bethany (Beth) who has been wonderful and extremely helpful during a difficult time during the pandemic when lockdown was a lot more strict.

Jan 21,2022Booked a viewing for a property in advance and told them to notify me if anyone else shows interest so I don't waste train ticket money to get there. I was told a day before the viewing that it was cancelled with no warning. When I called them and asked them why this has happened the woman on the phone patronized me and read off her script. Incredibly unprofessional, condescending and poor customer service (they couldn't even spell my name right in the emails). I will never use their service again and will not recommend them to anyone. They have no integrity.

Dec 06,2021Loveitts are extremely greedy! Watch your money when you deal with them they will try snatching it away from you at every opportunity! I bought from them at auction I then used their letting service and sold through them. The common thread was greed and deception every step of the way! Keep away from them!

IF ANYONE WANTS EVIDANCE OF MY ACCUSATIONS FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME I HAVE MANY BACK AND FORTH EMAILS AS EVIDANCE I rented a property through loveitts. They were nothing but rude and unprofessional throughout my entire property. Upon moving in I had several issues. I had no running hot water during the night. I also had storage heaters had several issues with them to the point I had no heating. After contacting loveitts me and my partner was left without hot water for several months. I also had a significant amount of rain water coming through my front door that caused several floods at the bottom of my stairs. Loveitts never bothered to act upon any repairs and my property was left in such a state with all the nessassary repairs. When James Cole and Rebekah Gill came out for management visits, they were nothing but rude and came across very aggressive to myself and my partner to the point where my social worker had to step in numerous of times. I was always left felt scared upon management visits. In two different occasions management have given me no warning to turning up to my property and have let themselves in on one occasion without consent. I have many emails back and forth about repairs that needed to take place. Loveitts have no consideration to their tenants and do not have their tenants saftey as first priority. After loveitts failed to carry out any repairs I stopped paying rent and placed all rent into a savings account waiting for them to carry out the repairs. After 2 months and a half months had past with no communication from the landlords in regards to the repair I served loveitts with an immediate notice to quit the property and handed the keys back. During handing the keys back, James Cole came across very judgemental and unprofessional. Therefore I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone and will warn any future people wanting to rent through loveitts to NOT TO DO SO. expecially if you have children. Loveitts are rude and unprofessional and have never had an issue with any housing provider.

Loveitts!! from what i have experienced so far, are THE poorest estate agents i have used & i have used alot of them ! the owner of the house changed to these, after not being happy with the service of their last managing agent. Im sure they are now regretting their decision They arranged an inspection as the new agent. nobody showed. ( this was less than a week later than arranging the appointment with them ) They do not reply to emails unless they want something. I asked the same question in 2 emails, to the same person and I got no response. They like to pass the buck to another colleague. " I believe Lauren answered that question" and "i believe Avril answered that" NO..it wasnt answered at all. I was just ignored asking an important question.. Nobody is doing their job correctly ! i took a complaint further than the brick wall that seems to be the Nuneaton office and dealt with the manager at Coventry(Paul) regarding being reimbursed for my lost time / wage from work due to waiting in for them to not show, he decided to stop the conversation prior to a conclusion and go on holiday for 2 weeks without informing me through the emails we were sharing, just left me hanging. I give honest reviews & i can at anytime add photos to back up my review all in all. Wow. these people get your money ! why?! we have now purchased our own home so thankfully will not need to deal with these agents for much longer Im fully aware as a renter for many many years somebody needing a property, will take that property no matter who its up to let with, we have no choice. But owners of homes, looking for a letting agent, please read and digest the poor attention to detail this company possesses

Jun 19,2021Terrible service, blood-sucking agency! At the end of our rent, we spent more than 1 week cleaning the rented apartment, we also hired a high-rating professional cleaning service to clean the apartment. They spent 9 hours cleaning every little detail of the apartment, we monitored the situation and were very happy about the results. We even left some well functioning appliance, such as a fully functional tumble dryer, in the apartment, as a courtesy to our nice landlord over the years. However, this agency examined it as 'poorly cleaned', and charged us another 200 pounds 'for professional cleaning'. Absolutely ridiculous! They also charged 100 pounds for removing the items! For god sake, we left good stuff there for the purpose of a nice gesture! Along with some other overpriced course regarding damaged furniture, overall they charged us nearly 700 pounds! I understand agencies usually charges extra to keep the cash flow, but this is downright greedy and ridiculous. Please, avoid if possible.

Excellent advice and guidance throughout the process (it was my first time selling a property) without pressuring. Jason and Steve made it all very manageable. Great photos and write up on all the usual and many extra areas. Sold the house in under a week from the first viewing and under 2 weeks total.
