Mar 26,2022I couldn’t recommend Loveitts, and specifically Emma, more. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We were working to really tight deadlines to get a survey completed on our house, and Emma was very reassuring and professional throughout the whole process. Very friendly service and had zero issues or constructive feedback to give after the process was complete.

I’ve used Loveitts since we bought our first home through them in 1988, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma and Loveitts, they are easy to do business with.

I have been very happy with the process from start to finish, and have received knowledgeable and excellent customer service throughout. Michelle at the Coventry office, who has been dealing with the sale in the later stages has been extremely helpful and gone out of her way to ensure things have gone smoothly. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Mar 20,2022Recently enquired about a rental was placed on hold twice to be told to complete a form before you can view the house. Person sounded unsure what he was doing and could hear a lot of swearing in the background quite a shock you don't expect to call a professional company to be hosted with a load of expletives!

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable about the market when we discussed options and the various offers with him, and in securing a particular buyer. Through to completion, Loveitts have been polite and courteous, keeping us updated with developments.
