I should have listened to all the bad reviews. This company will never deliver your merchandise. They never respond to your emails until you threaten to take action. When they finally respond months after, they use the pandemic as an excuse saying that your order had been lost and they will remake it. Then you don't hear from them again.
Took a long while to get my items but quality is worth the wait.

Great products with spare quality, despite the wait to get it. I think the handmade quality and aspect is great but covid definitely made an impact on the output of product.
Great jerseys, but scam, AVOID!!!! Same story as the others, ordered 11 months ago, they told me to rush so they would sent it out that week, in retrospect I was fooled. Still waiting, they stopped throwing excuses at me. The athletes advertising for this company should be ashamed.
This company is a scam. Don't ever think on buying from them. I bought a couple of products in July 2020 and now is January 2021 didn't receive anything. Hard to contact their support channels and they give different reasons for the delay. They don't answer about refunds. DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY
I made an order with this brand that has been my worst nightmare, they confirmed that it would arrive in 7 days, 9 days later I asked them if they could give me the status of the order because it was a gift for Christmas and if I did not receive it before 18 of December I preferred to cancel the order, the customer service team confirmed that it would be shipped the next day and that they would deliver it in two days, the next day I asked for my tracking number, and they notified me that they were just working on my order and that It would be sent as soon as possible, at that time they no longer gave me any date for the shipment, I requested the cancellation of the order and they told me to write directly to Patrick, who asked me for my phone number to call me, to which I asked them to please cancel my order, three days after not having any response from them, I wrote to Patrick in order to know the cancellation process and that day he told me that his team would be sending me the tracking number, which they sent me the December 18 at night and the only thing they did was a pre-shipment, I told Patrick that if it I had not been clear that they would not send me that order, that even if this order arrived I would return it as soon as I received it, Patrick's response surprised me, he told me that I could return it but that the amount of my order was going to give me a credit to buy again with the worst brand I have ever met in my life.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Love the pain...Their product is nothing but top quality and the customer service has been awesome. I have even received calls from their staff about one of my orders to provide an update.
I am the first time buyer. I met some payment transaction problems. Then I wrote to their IG messenger and the respond was fast and Patrick is generously courteous and helpful. Guided me all the way to complete the purachse. He is very helpful and efficient. Can't wait to see the kit soon.
Ordered a triathlon suit 31st Dec 2019. Almost into December 2020, and still no sign of a suit. Sent email, after email, after email. Messaged on Instagram. When I eventually got a reply (very hit and miss). They came up with every excuse under the sun. Blamed covid, ltalian fabric makers, Even blamed me for not sending the logos through (which I did 3 times and got confirmation of receipt from them). Don't be fooled by their marketing and PR. Its just a shame really because the concept of the company is good. But oh my god, never had such bad customer experience. Ended up getting my money back, from my credit card company, after logging a complaint. Deal with at your peril......you've been warned!!! (Oh and don't bother leaving negative feedback of social media's, they just remove it.) Not a way to run a successful business. Pete, Staffordshire, UK.
We placed 2 orders with Love The Pain -cycling wear in August and September 2020. NOTHING HAS ARRIVED and it's Nov 13th, 2020. This company is giving us the run around... Do not order from this company. You will never receive your product(s)! We are disputing our credit cards because there is no response when requesting a refund for our orders that are still unfulfilled MONTHS later. 0 stars.

Good experience. After reading the reviews I confess I got really uneasy about my buy but it was nice. I bought a pair of Bib shorts end of August and I got it early October, since I am on the other side of the ocean, I believe it was quite reasonable time to get my things. The gear is good sizing and everything as expected, good fit, good chamois, great printing. Not bad experience at all.
I wish I read these posts before I ordered a "handmade" jersey 3 weeks ago. At the time of purchase, they give no indication that there will be any delays. Their customer support will tell you it will be shipped "early next week", and given the other reviews I've seen dated 2017--long before Covid-- I will be lucky if I get anything
Love the pain are a fraudulent and criminally incompetent company. I have been waiting 13 months for my order of $710-00. Any positive reviews below are from employees of the company - also frauds. Please caution your friends and triathlon / cycling clubs never ever to order from this co.
I placed the order almost 11 months ago. Multiple attempts to fulfill my order were futile. They lied over e-mail promising to ship the jersey the following week but nothing ever happens. This is a joke of a company and example of how not to do business. To recover money paid I had to initiate a claim with the credit card company. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews by "INVITED" users.
Like everyone else I've been waiting for over three months, to get jersey. I wish I would have read the reviews before spending the money. Interestingly, if you look at the ONLY three positive reviews, they were written days apart from another. What are the odds ? I do believe its illegal to write false reviews about your own company.
