Aug 07,2020Have exactly the same problem as all the people here. Ordered two suits 6 months ago (on February 2020) still didn't get any shipping info only excuses and lies. I thought it was only me who didn't get anything but now reading all these reviews I realize that I was scammed too. Filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, no action was taken at all yet. Next complaint will be filed with Internet Crime Complaint Center. (IC3) hope it will help.

Aug 03,2020I was really excited about this company, but sadly the quality of their products is incredibly poor. The fabric they use seems to be very low grade. When I washed the shirts I purchased the first time, they immediately shank by 30%, and the fabric and stitching unraveled.

Jul 30,2020I always wanted to buy from love the pain! Designs are LIT and very unique and fun ! I decided to make an order last June . They clarified that orders take longer than usual due the COVID and also due the way they make the clothes ! Clothes are made based on order so there is no stock . I know sometimes the waiting can be frustrating for many people but they answer my questions on IG everything like I asked . Got my first order and I already ordered more clothes ! Also HATS my girl love them and want to have matching HATS and tshirts ! WE LOVE THE PAIN

Jul 14,2020already nine months of waiting! each weeks same lies from customer service, 'your order will be ready next week" but it never happens. now i try to get back my money with the help of my bank! if you try to write a bad comment about them in social media, they will block you. you cant find their legal name or address anywhere! THEY ARE SCAM!

Jul 14,2020I got my products in less than a week after I ordered. I am very happy with the service and communication! Also, the quality seems pretty good so far. I typically rock Rapha gear and like I said, I’m pleased with the quality. I hope people give this company a chance! I’ll be buying again soon.

Jul 14,2020On 28 april 2020 I ordered a jersey and a bib. I must admit, after I had read all the comments on bad or no delivery I was very skeptical. Today on 15 July 2020 I received my shipment. It took 11 weeks. Love The Pain is very clear on their website about the time for delivery: 9 to 12 weeks. In my case they kept their promise quite well. And my emails, asking about the progress on delivery were all answered within one day. So, no fraud at all!

They responded on April 29 (over month ago( that I will receive my order next week...another lie after lie.....unacceptable!!!!!

May 22,2020NEVER NEVER NEVER order from them!!! Same as everyone else. Horrible customer service. Nasty to customers and team members. Not responsive. I joined the team. ($350) in August. Received the kit March 14 after tons of emails. Bought two more kits With 60% off email $316 in October for Xmas presents. 7 months go by. Tons of emails. Going in circles. Weeks before they answered me. No one knew what they were talking about. No one read the email trails. Kept resending emails. Screen prints of credit card information. Said it was sitting there waiting to be mailed On may 7. I just Wanted a refund at this point. I threatened them. They called me a crook. Told me I had too much time on my hands. Had no order number and Blocked me. Kicked me off the team. So now I’m out $666- 316 for both kits and team membership of 350 But proof they took my money. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Do your self a favor and save the insanity. Order from another company. Voler-panache-Rapha- ANYTHING BUT LOVE THE PAIN

May 15,2020My story is so similar to everything I’ve read here, the only difference is that I did finally receive my order, but only after an intervention from PayPal. I too was suckered by a sale after seeing them on Instagram, and I was really excited to get 60% off. I assumed their service and delivery would be the same as my other favorite brands.....but holy smokes, what a joke! I placed an order in the early spring, fast forward six months and several emails later, and in October I still hadn’t received anything. I had a pit in my stomach as I read the BBB’s complaints, but luckily I came across a comment advising PayPal users to reach out. By this time I didn’t want my gear anymore and really just wanted my money back. For better or worse, PayPal opened an inquiry and it actually received my order pretty quickly after. Now I have some running stuff that I wear on occasion, but really serves as a painful reminder to beware! There are several brands out there that have amazing customer service (won’t mention names here because I don’t want their names associated with this review or LTP!).....I know I’m going to spend my money with them, and do my research before ordering with a new company.....especially one that is so expensive. Honestly, the quality of the materials does not warrant such high prices! Spend your money somewhere else. UPDATE February 4, 2021 - I assure you LTP I am a real person who purchased gear. I had hoped to put this behind me in 2019, but given your response to my review I feel compelled to speak up again so my review does not get discredited.

May 09,2020The absolute worst Customer experience I have ever had. Been waiting over 6 months for a cycling kit (ordered Nov 19, 2019). More that 25 emails have been sent. Initially I was told my kit was finished and in the process of being shipped, That was Feb 2020. Its now May 2020. Are you telling me my kit has been sitting in a warehouse for 3 months and you cant get it mailed? Furthermore this company continues to solicit sales and new customers via email and social media with promises of quick delivery. Here's an idea, why not take care of the customers you have! Thats how you build a business and generate return clientele. As I continue to inquire, politely I might ad, i now receive no communication via email. Next step is to contact the credit card company and the Better Business Bureau as this company appears to have no interest in delivering on my purchase. 2/5/21 my follow up to love the pains response. 1) it took 10 months just for LTP to respond by email to my complaint on trust pilot (that is 15 months after the original order!). Never could get a response from the company. 2) Because they are being exposed on social media, they are doing damage control. anyone else find it suspicious that suddenly there are multiple 4 and 5 star reviews all on the same day. It looks very much like they are trying improve their trust pilot scores with fake positives reviews. I don't buy it! 3) Love the pain has flagged every single negative review as harmful or possible illegal content.(as if its all a conspiracy against LTP) 4) Do your homework, there are all kinds of complaints against this company for which they never take ownership or responsibility. instead they put the finger back at the customer. Spend your money somewhere else!

Now waiting over 14 months for my order, I’ve emailed multiple times and rarely a response except a couple of times to say it’s on it’s way, or ‘there was no email address in your order so we couldn’t contact you’ - not true, since I’ve emailed them almost weekly with an order number. DO NOT buy from these guys, what they’re doing is criminal. How can we stop them? Is it possible to report them and if so where? It doesn’t make sense that they can get away with this.

Sep 01,2020If I could give zero stars I would. 8 months wait for products to arrive, even when paying the one week rush fee. Items finally arrive in the wrong print and wrong size. No response from their customer service to try to rectify the issues.
