Can’t really say much as I’m still waiting for my order said in stock when paying with 5day delivery on the 5th day I get an email saying out off stock and 4-5 week still no news even after emailing and asking

Only place that had the boiler I required in stock so had to give them a go. All went exactly to plan. Delivered on time and at a competitive price. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and happy to recommend. 👍

Still not received my order 11 working days later. Customer service keep promising delivery on certain dates which come and go. Refusal to refund delivery costs despite delivery taking double the time I had paid for. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

The item i ordered , a boiler part which i desperately needed never arrived after10 days even though i paid £7.00 for delivery for a tiny parcell . I contacted Low cost plumbing and they investigated , they called me back and said the delivery company left it at the local post office as they could not find my property ,my property is 30 years old and i have never had a problem on any deliverys in the 24 years i have lived here .

No service at all. Took my money on 6th October for a bathroom cabinet due to be delivered in 5 to 7 days. I called them after two weeks and was told it was out of stock and they would contact the manufacturer to find out more information and would keep me informed. I heard nothing so I called today, 6th November and got the same story that it still hadn’t arrived from the manufacturer and they would chase it up and call me back. This time they did call back saying that the manufacturer could not tell them when it would be available so I have requested a refund. The issue for me is their failure to keep me informed as promised particularly when I had paid in advance.

Easy to use website, plenty of detail regarding products. Simple to order. I purchased a hinged return flipper panel for my wetroom screen. Arrived early. Great quality and it finished off the room.

We found what we wanted and then proceeded to checkout, at which point we found we had to pay a hefty delivery charge, even though it clearly states that delivery is free. We were spending £600 too! We contacted the company where a girl just kept repeating that it was in the small print that there would be a charge for certain areas. We live in North Yorkshire, not the outer hebridea! Good luck with finding anything other than 'free delivery immediately visible! Very disappointing but the goods seem fine and prices are competitive. I think this is probably a decent company, its just that I just hate being tricked. This was posted 13th Oct. Very quickly after the above was posted, I received a very nice reply from the company. The initial phone conversation hadn't been helpful, just a very scripted response, but I feel confident that they will address the issues I raised. Like I said, the goods seem great (not yet installed but I'm very hopeful!) and I'm impressed with how the company have responded. With this in mind, I'm upgrading to 4 stars. Thank you.
