Ordered a radiator from this company. Took my order and payment, then after 2-3 days, contacted me to cancel order, which left me rushing to get one elsewhere. Excuse was problems with pallet supplies. Would not use again.

I will write little update as I have to say their customers service is good if it comes to sorting the refund. I can’t agree more with previous reviewer about low skilled customer service! I phoned them and lady on the phone was just rude and spoke to me like I did something wrong by phoning her. DO NOT pay for express delivery such a thing doesn’t exist with them I still don’t have my item that I ordered and paid for express delivery on 16/07 and I still didn’t receive it yet I double checked if it was in stock when placing order over the phone. Will never use them again. And hope of you will read this review and don’t get rip off by them

Given an average rating as had an issue initially with items that were shown as 'in stock' but turned out otherwise, although things got sorted out, fortunately we were not in a hurry. The items are good and good value for money so no complaints on that part and they do get issues dealt with.

Awful customer service from the man at the shop counter. I placed an order to collect an item and received confirmation that it was ready to collect. On the day of collection, I drove over an hour to the shop and gave a man behind the counter my order number. He went off to look for my item. I waited for nearly half an hour and he hadn’t returned. There was another member of staff there so I explained to him that I’d given my order ref to someone but he hadn’t come back after nearly half an hour. The member of staff was very rude and responded with “well the girls on the telephone shouldn’t tell you your item is here because maybe it isn’t”. He then shrugged his shoulders and clearly didn’t want to speak to me. I was disgusted that he spoke to me like that. I told him that I had confirmation my order was ready to collect and instead of trying to find out where the first man had gone, or trying to help me, he started talking to another customer. I have never felt so appalled by such a bad level of customer service. Low Cost Plumbing? More like Low Level Service. I will NEVER use them again.

Ordered several items for a bathroom upgrade and found the products value for money. Delivery and customer communication was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company.

I placed an order for a sink, after another supplier had repeatedly delivered damaged items to me. No such problem here. The sink was delivered quicker than I expected and in perfect condition. I got great communication on the delivery by email and through the DPD app. One thing I didn’t realise - this is the same company as Plumbing World. I only found this out because I paid via PayPal and the recipient came up as Plumbing World on my PayPal receipt.

Purchased a Franke filter tap for a fraction of the price compared to other sites. Email enquiry was answered very promptly and was even backed up with a courtesy phone call. Now saved in my favourites as low prices added to top customer service is a combination I am happy with.

Good range of products including some uncommon sizes. Easy to order, and fast delivery. Over ordered a couple of items and return was handled excellently, with great communication from Abbie in particular.
