I purchased two vertical radiators for my house renovation from Low Cost and from start to finish this has been a superb company to deal with, The delivery was on time as expected and at a the prices were great too. The brackets were missing from one radiator(manufacturer fault, not low cost) and from the day I made a call the back up has been absolutely fantasic with daily updates on replacements. I would recommend this company to anyone for supplies

Ordered shower room suite and paid only to be told no electric shower pick another sent the wrong one twice. Had refund..Then told no shower tray pick another one sent was to big had to alter plans to fit shower tray. Ordered pipe work not in stock had another refund. Ended up buying materials from another company putting the job a week over customer not happy.

I chose Low Cost Plumbing for branded products to refurbish my bathroom at competitive prices. Items were delivered on time and well packaged. Communication was good, and they quickly and effectively resolved a small problem with one of the manufacturers.

I ordered two items from this company. One came perfectly and quickly. The other we had some problems with. However, they sorted everything out and apologised. Everyone makes mistakes but we can't ask for more than for the company to correct that mistake and accepts responsibility. So I give this company 5* for resolving my issues effectively and politely.

Main water stopcock. It was to replace a ceased up one of about 30 years old. The feed pipe was polythene but the new tap clamped onto it ok using the supplied olive. Decent price and did the job. The carrier was 2 or 3 days late delivering but we must expect this sort of thing nowadays.

Very poor customer service and product. The bath they supplied was damaged and they refused to replace it. They also send a bigger bath screen than the one I ordered which did not fit and then tried to suggest it was the bath configuration that was at fault and nothing to do with the screen they supplied being 40mm longer than the one I ordered. Best avoid and go local if you want a good service and the products to the spec and quality you orded

I ordered a 1700mm shower tray for my three wall shower enclosure. The shower tray arrived at the full 13mm oversize that the company deems acceptable in manufacture. In a 3 wall shower enclosure, 13mm is crucial and not what I deem acceptable. The company offered a refund but only if I returned the tray to the store. As I live in SE England and the store is in Birmingham, this is not possible. I am now £300 out of pocket. I ordered one from Victorian Plumbing which came at exactly the size advertised, so it's not too difficult to manufacture to size. Won't be using this company again.

Totally stressful. Ordered 3 big items, with 2 of them being 'unavailable' despite being given a delivery window. First, one item was damaged and there was no replacement. Eventually paid to upgrade to a more expensive version. So all seemed fine. Then, a second item was found to be 'broken' and no other items were in stock. Various delivery promises given and broken. Eventually had to settle for a model I didn't want as the job was well underway and I had to have something. Avoid if you value your sanity.
