Very helpfully obtained VAT relief for disabled and while it had to be paid initially, getting it refunded was quick and easy. The drop down grab rail was well made and good quality. Delivery was fine as well.

Unfortunately I have found Low Cost Plumbing Supplies poor to deal with. I originally posted a review on their own website which initially praised the company itself but I was disappointed in the product itself (Atlantis PVC Panels). Being a tradesman I buy thousands of pounds of materials monthly for kitchens and bathrooms and need a dependable and prompt business to deal with. Unfortunately I've found this particular business failing in most if not all areas of interest. Firstly after ordering materials I was then later informed some items were not in stock (despite showing otherwise on website). I see I not alone here in having this same issue. I didn't have a major issue with this as the communication was prompt and appreciate these things can happen however I do find it a shady business practice to accept money for items not on the books and pass on that inconvenience to the end user. In this circumstance the items were not critical to the job starting and could follow later but it's not on to withhold this information from the buyer. My original review was not published on their own website and this is main reason for airing my grievances as I believe if it was a positive review it would have been published quickly. I also believe that the company will follow up to my review here and attempt to explain away this fact by blaming a technical error to why the review was not published. At this stage I just find it hard to believe as my trust has been eroded and if it is then it's incompetence at best. It is ashame as I was generally positive and did appreciate the communications in email and upto that point would have had future dealings. However I do not appreciate "whitewashing" of reviews and reading through some of the other low reviews here I can see a common theme emerging. I urge you to avoid doing business with this company.

Ordered and payed for a shower tray. 2 days later phoned to say it was discontinued so why sell it to me in the first place? On the plus side they did phone me and refund no quibble, however now put me behind on my shower install
