The shower enclosure that we bought was far cheaper than any other supplier and it was delivered within a couple of days. The staff on the phone were knowledgeable and were able to confirm that the product included the glass which is stupidly omitted with other well known plumbers merchants (PC...). Very impressed with the service provided.

The website was easy to use and to find the part that I wanted. Ordering was simple and the parts arrived when they said they would. I used the standard postal service for a couple of brass 15mm to 18mm converters.

I ordered a polytank which after checking was the wrong size tank. emailed a day later to see if the order could be amended, Danny dealt with the problem and arranged for the correct size tank to be delivered which arrived the next day. Excellent service.

I had to revise my order on the day of delivery. The staff at Low Cost acted quickly to recall the delivery and dispatched the new order on the same day. My refund has just been processed. I highly recommend the company- and their prices are extremely competetive to boot!

After ordering from one company who then stated that there would be a 3 week lead in time for delivery despite the website saying everything was in stock, I found Low Cost Plumbing Supplies. I ordered everything I wanted on a Thursday evening and it was delivered early on Monday morning. They weren't quite the cheapest but the service and communication was excellent. Perfect in every way!

Placed an order online. I'd forgotten to order the pop-up waste for my shower tray and Low Cost Plumbing phoned me to check if I needed one. That was really helpful. Fast delivery and great product at really good price.
