Not a massive choice of radiator styles/designs but a massive choice of sizes which is more useful. Cheapest I could find anywhere on the web, ordering was easy, speaking to their office when I had to was easy and the delivery was complete on time. Great price, great service and would use again without hesitation.

Staff were very helpful. Unfortunately the boiler plume kit I had ordered was not suitable for the application. I returned the kit and promptly received a full refund. Will definitely use Low Cost in the future.

I always think that the true mark of a company is how well they sort out issues when something goes wrong. Had a problem free ordering and delivery process but realised when my shower was being installed that some pieces were missing from the box. The staff got in touch with the manufacturer and sorted this out for me very quickly. Friendly and efficient, highly recommended.

I did the Internet research and comparisons. Low Cost Plumbing Supplies, for the brand and products I wanted, the deal, up front, was the best. Goods arrived within the time quoted on website. Actual delivery was a couple of hours later than advised by text, but considering the weather and road conditions, the first week of December, that was still exceptional. Goods were well packed and protected. Great Service, No issues what so ever.

I am very pleased with service and product which was at the best price I could find. Delivery was quicker than expected and communication was excellent . I was advised by email of the delivery date so I could arrange to be available or make arrangements as necessary. Definitely would use this company again.

Bought a new boiler, magnetic filter and chemical cleanser. Never mind the prices. Why can't all online sellers be so efficient? ...and treat customers with such courtesy? As it happens, lowest prices too. Well done guys. You've got my business.
