The shower tray we received unfortunately was damaged but there was no quibbles and a replacement tray was received within a couple days. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Mar 04,2016I payed for a item online, did not say it was out of stock. I was charged, few hours later I received an email saying it was out of stock and delivery time was 3-4 weeks. I asked for refund which took 5 days. Terrible service.

Mar 04,2016We had no idea what brand of shower cartridge we had. I'd seen a similar plastic one on the website but they were abl yo suggest a better quality brass one which fits perfectly. Really helpful and flexible service. Would completely recommend.

Feb 08,2016I needed to know exactly when the delivery was going to be made, and Mark Roberts of Low Cost Plumbing Supplies kept me updated by email. The product supplied (a tall aluminium radiator) arrived safely as it had been packed properly with clear warning notices to the carrier.

Feb 06,2016When I ordered a radiator I was not made aware that it wasn't in stock - all I received by way of communication was a confirmation of my order. A couple of days later I contacted them to be told the item wasn't in stock and could take a couple of weeks to restock. I would not have ordered if I had known. In the end, after contacting them again about availability, I was told I would have to wait nearly four weeks for the item. I ended up asking for a refund as a competitor had them in stock. On a positive note, the customer services staff were extremely helpful and honest. I received my refund with no difficulty.
