Nov 16,2015Delivery turned up a day late and made the last drop off.Delivery driver throwing items around. product badly designed as supplied door hinges for shower door couldnt hold the weight of the door properly so it took 2 hours of adjusting to get it working to customer satisfaction.wont be using this company again in a hurry

Oct 15,2015I ordered a shower cubicle form this company.I managed to order the wrong door but the guy's from lowcostplumming spotted my mistake and called me to sort it. They also gave me some useful advice. This is much better service than is usual with internet based companies.

Oct 05,2015Have not yetr inspected shower enclosure as I have 28 days under new legislation to do this which takes me to after the plumber will look at it. I was told by the delivery driver that the shower tray was damaged and that a second would be sourced. I signed to show that I had not received this but have had no further word from the company. I hope things will work out O.K. but I would like to be kept informed.

Reina stainless steel radiator and matching valves ordered at lunchtime on the Monday and email notification that order had been shipped received that evening. Both Items received in less than 48 hours, on Wednesday morning. Radiator very competitively priced and even arrived bubble wrapped inside a plywood box! Plumber now booked to install in 2 weeks time. All in all very quick & trouble free transaction.

Sep 25,2015Incorrect direct shipment from supplier was dealt with quickly after email, with replacement radiator delivered and incorrect one uplifted two days later. Excellent customer service, no quibbles, 10 out of 10. The 3 stainless steel radiators that I ordered were good as well.

Nov 17,2015The person I spoke to explained that I could not order my bath screen through him, but could do so on line. He gave me the code and it was very easy to order. It was delivered a few days later after an email telling me when it was due.
