One of the few suppliers I could find for a 900 high by 600 wide radiator. Delivery cost is expensive. Problems with their supplier getting the radiator to them, but they kept me fully informed by e-mail and got the supplier to deliver direct to me and refunded the delivery cost; so very good service from the company.

Prompt service,the only company able to supply this part,however I did have problems fitting it the thread was too tight and would not fit the old nut.Also the P&P was expensive and vat should not be charged on postage.

i purchased some unusal tap connecters ,Why because they had them, i live probably 500 miles from them in the north east of scotland . orderd in the early afternoon ///////// they arrived at 0815 the next morning,and as it was a friday i managed to Finish the job for the weekend happy me , happy customer

I was very pleased with the price of the product, the easy to use web site ordering and paying etc. Only problem was with courier loosing the parcel and that was not fault of low cost plumbing who resolved the problem quickly.

We ordered a three sided shower enclosure and the cost was several hundreds of pounds cheaper than the same shower enclosure on any other website. The delivery was well organised and when I requested a delivery window, I was given one without any hassle, and the driver rang an hour before delivery which was ideal. (It was actually 2.5 hours later, but it was within the window!)

Ordered Uniblade at lower than cost price when official site had old suppliers details. Apprehensive of ordering online but process was very straightforward and order arrived within a few days. Well packaged and easy installation guide. Definitely recommend Low Cost Plumbing Supplies.

I purchase a uniblade bath shower screen from Low Cost Plumbing Supplies. The item was delivered in a outer package that look as if it had been tampered with. The inner packaging was opened. The blade itself looked as if it had been used. I took photographs of all of this and sent it to the company. I received a fobbed reply from their Mark Roberts telling me the blade seemed okay and should be able to be fitted. I viewed the online video on how to fit this uniblade, followed the instructions to the letter, and it still would not fit my curved bath screen. I contacted Low Cost Plumbing Supplies again via Mark Roberts e-mail address, but have had no reply. The blade I received was not fit for purpose, and Low Cost Pluming Supplies have not shown the customer care service I would expect.
