Apr 17,2015I initially contacted LCPS via email to try and source a part for a shower enclosure. I didn't actually expect to hear back at all but Mark Roberts replied quickly and was very helpful with my enquiry for this low-cost item from the manufacturer, and did not try to encourage me to buy a new unit instead. Eventually we did buy a new unit, and although there was a hiccup with delivery, the item was then sent to me on a pre-10am delivery for the next day when I requested so (we had the fitter coming!). Mark called back when he said he would, was easy to contact on the phone, and I only wish I'd bought all my bathroom stuff from LCPS.

Mar 29,2015Service was very good except for the fact they did not pass on my builder's phone number to the courier even though I explicitly requested this in an email. This meant that when the courier arrived and the builder didn't hear him knock I got repeated telephone calls from the courier and then the manufacturer whilst I was in the middle of a work meeting. It was difficult for me to take these calls, my meeting was interupted and it almost resulted in the courier leaving without delivering the hot water cylinder I had purchased.

Mar 06,2015ordered shower surround: cannot comment on quality of items as they have not been installed yet but customer service has been outstanding. There was a slight delay in shipping from the manufacturer but LCP followed up immediately and kept me informed regularly. Delivery driver, too, was helpful and courteous. After a very disappointing experience with another internet seller (Aqva), Low Cost Plumbing was a pleasant surprise.

Feb 20,2015It cost 9.60 to deliver a small item weighing about 300grams. I could accept the high delivery cost if the delivery was speedy. However it took 5 days to arrive. I will not be purchasing anything from low cost plumbing again.

Apr 28,2015Ordered a Coram pentagon shower tray and enclosure which isn't available on many other sites. The info. was very clear and ensured that all the items were ordered correctly. The delivery was very rapid and free(!) but unfortunately the doors etc arrived but the tray went missing. Speaking to Mark on by phone he was courteous and obliging. He rang me back immediately to arrange for the delivery of another new tray. This arrived precisely on schedule. Low Cost Plumbing are to be commended for their service. I would recommend them.
