May 14,2015They emailed me fairly quickly to advise that the radiator I wanted was out of stock for 3 weeks. I later decided to change the order to a different one which was dealt with promptly. The only slight negative was that the order was delivered the day after they said.

May 13,2015Ordered item 3pm Friday, stopcock delivered first thing Saturday morning despite me only having paid for ordinary delivery. Price (including delivery) was nearly 75% less than some local suppliers had quoted. I will definitely be using them again .

May 05,2015I purchased Faral radiators from Low Cost Plumbing Supplies. They organised a size which was not in their standard range. Delivery was quick and the radiators arrived on the advised date which is an achievement as we live in the Northern Isles. I can absolutely recommend them.
