Jan 29,2015Ordered shower enclosure on a friday at a far lower cost than elsewhere. Delivery (free) was on the following tuesday. Very good communication when I had a query about the order. Would definitely recommend.

Jan 26,2015There were Help full, and they did, what they said they would do. my only Gripe was the courier they used, My wife was left with a pallet out on the public foot path with our new combi boiler plus flue Ect, ( By Luck my wife was in ), I was to get a Phone call 1 hour before Delivery which ment that I could get back home in time to take delivery and take it into the garage , NO Phone CALL < No help for my Wife, it took me 3/4 to back home , that made my Wife 3/4 hour late for work , ( NOT a good Courier service ) J Emery ( Bournemouth )

Dec 06,2014Delivery 3-5 days - it arrived on day 9. It is December - we have had no heating and no hotwater - minimum temperature at night minus 4. Kids aged 5 & 8 washing hands and hair using the kettle. Spent £60 in a travel inn just to get a shower. Now the plumber can't fit it for 4 days. Great !

Nov 13,2014was told delivery would be on either the Monday or the Tuesday so had a plumber booked from Monday morning. Despite a number of calls on the Tuesday when I was told the item would be delivered that day, at 5pm I was told the item was not on the delivery truck that day. I was told it would be delivered on the Wednesday and I would get a phone call an hour prior to delivery. No phone call but thankfully the plumber was there to accept the item.

Nov 01,2014delivery when promised, item delivered intact - though driver contradicted supposed "30 min inspection time" but did check I was ok before leaving and didn't need a hand to lift package into house

Oct 30,2014I needed a part for my boiler , which I found easily on there website. Also the vat included price is better as other sites that seemed cheaper initially after vat were more expensive. Additionaly offering PayPal is excellent as you don't have as much forms to fill out. I will use again and highly recommend to all.
