Luggage picked up from home about a week early then delivered to room on the ship. Return was just as simple. Meet driver after going thru Customs, delivered home less than a week later.

Had to call & found out that it had been taken back to warehouse with other luggage leaving the ship. Luckily, our ship did not leave that day so we were able to have it redelivered that night.

I spoke with an agent about pick up dates and he was very helpful. Luggage Forward has excellent follow up emails and instructions to maximize service and pick up. I was able to track my luggage and knew when it arrived at its destination. I will definitely be using Luggage Forward again for shipping large suitcases - it makes traveling so much easier!
