I had waited until the last minute to make the decision about using Luggage Forward. A wonderful lady named Jasmine, along with my BDM Brian, made my pick up happen exactly when I needed it. When we got to the QM2, my bag was waiting for me right outside my stateroom with the other bags we had taken with us. That was SO convenient!
After we got the pick up location details sorted out, the service was excellent. Timely delivery of the bag tags, pick up, and shipment/delivery of golf clubs back to the US was ahead of schedule and smoothly executed.
Very smooth and efficient. They were waiting at the port when we disembarked to pick up our bags and luggage was at our cabin when we embarked on the next voyage 10 days later.

Recently used the service for both legs of our cruise. I was a bit concerned about the luggage not arriving onboard before the ship left but I need not have worried. This was a very professional, excellent service and well worth every penny we paid. Pick up was simple and we didn’t even need to be home. Same for drop off. Delivered as advertised
My only issue was I needed to send my passport three times. It was tough to contact a human to clarify what was needed. When I did contact a person it was easy to comply. I understand you’re dealing with people in 24 or so time zones, but if you could somehow make it easier to speak to a person it would have helped me. This is only one opinion and the end result, getting our luggage sent from London to the south of France worked perfectly. I WILL use this team again.
The whole process went smoothly. Part of this was due to the well-written, easily understandable instructions. Service for pickup was very prompt, actually luggage was picked up an hour before the time designated. So it was helpful to also include the instruction as to how early to leave luggage out for pickup. Appreciated the email confirming the luggage had been delivered.

The pickup and delivery at both ends of the Scotland trip were punctual. That gave me peace of mind knowing my clubs would be available. My partner used a competitor and his clubs were picked up timely——and then delivered BACK to his house 2 days later. Although a bit pricey, it delivers both your clubs and your peace of mind from the start. Therefore, one might say its priceless for foreign trips.

Not stress free
Luggage Foward made our experience hasslefree! When I arrived on the Viking ship in France, my luggage was in my cabin. The company is extremely organized. We received luggage tags two weeks prior to our Departure. Any questions I had they immediately emailed me or returned my phone calls. During our trip,we were notified that our ship was being changed. I notified luggage forward immediately, and there was absolutely no problem. As a matter of fact, my luggage arrived at my home the day after I arrived, I will definitely recommend Luggage Forward and I will definitely use them again.
