This service is excellent. And so easy. We did an Alaska trip cruise first then inland tour. We did not need our dress clothes and shoes ect for second half of our trip. Omg so easy. Stuck the label on our suitcase. Put it outside our room night before our last stop. 1 week later fedex delivered to our home. Totally easy service. Highly recommend.

No one was available to pick up our luggage when the cruise ended. After we got home we did receive a phone that it had been picked up.
The luggage was picked up on time and in our stateroom when we arrived at the ship. It was also returned to our home just a few days after we returned.

My parents placed orders with Luggage Forward for over almost two decades and no one in my family ever will again. This was going to be a 10 star review for Zameika who went above and beyond to figure out that my elderly father had created two orders and that this accounted for the delay of his clubs. One order was refunded and the clubs arrived by July 1. Ten stars for that. But none of the items we sent were delivered to the address where we asked they be shipped. They were delivered to a hotel with whom we were not doing business which required an overseas friend to pick up the clubs and three suitcases on different days. Returning, none of the luggage was picked up on July 29 (as was confirmed they would be in an e-mail from Luggage Forward.) Nor were they picked up on July 30 or July 31 when someone was waiting within the two hour pickup frame given by Luggage Forward---in fact she waited four hours each day. Pickup finally happened on Aug. 1 at a time that had not been agreed upon. Fortunately, the person who was unavailable for the pickup found someone who was. When I asked about compensating the person who waited for four days for pickup, Evan e-mailed, "Unfortunately, we do not have any way of directly compensating Ms. XXX for her time. I have opened a complaint claim regarding the pickup delay for the team to review and apply any applicable refund to your Luggage Forward account for future travel use." We never heard anything further about that. Then, one of the suitcases did not return the following Monday or Tuesday. When I said the Tile (which I purchased for the luggage out of concern for my father's missing clubs at the start of our trip) showed the suitcase was still in Scotland, I was informed that I had violated the terms of service because airtags are not allowed...and therefore the guaranteed delivery date was voided. So if you use Luggage Forward, don't put an airtag in your suitcase. We were told AFTER the Tile had been removed that my husband's bag was held for a second inspection by customs. No further info was provided. My husband did not receive the suitcase until 3 weeks after he had packed it. We were never informed by Luggage Forward that it had been released from customs or when to expect it. And, because it didn't have the Tile in it, we couldn't track it! Unless you like paying to receive e-mails (and not your luggage) for days and weeks on end that begin "We thank you for your continued patience" do yourself a favor and find another company.
I recently took a cruise to Iceland and the United Kingdom. With assistance from a one of the cruise ship's Officers, my luggage was sent from the final port to my home. The luggage arrived 3 days in advance of the projected date. The cost of this service was reasonable, given the number of bags shipped.
