I recently purchased a pair of Leather Lips Natasha trainers. I ordered them one day and was wearing them the next day. Excellent quality and style. I love them. Well done Lulu. The trainers were to have two pairs of laces but I only received one pair. I corresponded with Tricia at customers services and she has promised to put the other laces in the post for me. Lovely vanity case. Very sturdy and was delivered ahead of schedule. Have knocked 1 star off as this was a gift and didnt turn up in a lulu guiness packaging. Disappointed as when you buy more expensive gifts you do expect the branded packaging if not you could have just bought it anywhere. Customer service did tell me that it's because it's a bigger item. I understand what they are saying but it's not the customers fault the item is larger ( find a solution ) why should I get a less than experience just because I ordered a larger item.
Had the wrong postcode on my order, one digit out which hadn’t been a problem for the last 3 orders I had put in however got an email asking to clarify the address. Sent it back and order was here next day. Great service
Bad online customer service
I had received an email with a "Private Sale" order giving 50% selected items. I had been interested in the overnight bag for a while so thought that was a fantastic offer and would go for it. When I tried to make the purchase it would not accept the sale code, I tried 3 times and then dropped a note to customer services. I got a reply pretty quickly (I think within 2 hours) but I had gone back in and had another try and that time it accepted the code but I thought the response time was very reasonable and it was a lovely note from the member of the team. Have always been very happy with the service - oh and the bag arrived beautifully wrapped and boxed the following day - delighted. Mary
I contacted them by email several times. Each time they’re was a very fast response and they persevered with me and everything was sorted by they’re patience with me for a problem that wasn’t their fault. Infact they’re wasn’t a problem at all. It was my stupidity. Thanks very much.
I contacted Lulu Guiness after visiting there website. I was hoping to find a matching set of their Lips design Spinner luggage.The response time was very quick . Unfortunately I will have to wait for their summer sale when hopefully I will be able to but a set of the two cases and vanity case . Want to turn heads with these bad boys 😊when we are eventually allowed to travel
My order was not processed and I experienced a long delay because of this. When I contacted customer service, they dealt with the issue promptly.
What a service I live in Ireland,and had my sunglasses in 5 days despite covid and no brexit additional tax,I will definately be using Lulu Guinness again

We subscribed to the newsletter to receive a discount and never received an email. We placed the order as it was for a birthday and then contact customer services who happily and promptly honoured the discount and subsequent free delivery email and refunded it to us. Very prompt, professional and wouldn’t hesitate to order again
I ordered a an Ivy black tote on Sunday 18th April a little me treat for my retirement. The whole process on line was very easy & my bag was delivered Tuesday morning 20th April unbelievable, beautifully presented & 20% discount made it an even better purchase. Thank you all at Lulu Guinness. Aly 😍
