I had ordered a bag and received it the next day which was marvellous and when I saw it I wanted to get another for my daughter when I looked on the website it had sold out but I saw it on the American website so I contacted customer services and spoke to a lovely lady called Tricia who looked on both websites and found it was out of stock. She said she would make some enquiries to see whether more stock would be released and after 48 hrs I received a missed call plus an email from Tricia stating the bag was back in stock. I immediately went online and bought it. I was delighted to get the bag but delighted that Tricia had taken the time to make contact. The customer services dept is fantastic.

My wife had missed out on a bag in the sale so I had gone on, unbeknown to me at the time, the North American website which only delivered to USA and Canada. When I didn’t complete my transaction Lulu Guinness customer service emailed me and I explained my predicament. To cut a long story short between customer service (Lucy) and Muneat in the Covent Garden store in London I managed to get the bag my wife wanted at sale price and delivered today. I am married to one happy shopper. I have visited USA on numerous occasions where excellent customer service is paramount and the level of service I received from Lulu G is up there with the best. Both agents are a credit to the company. Thanks again.
Because of Brexit, there is currently a limit on what value DPD will deliver in one overseas shipment. Lucy was a great help sorting out splitting my order into two shipments. I begrudge paying two lots of shipping but the Lulu pieces are worth it and the custmoer service was excellent. Looking forward to receiving my parcels!

I had treated myself to some lovey Lulu Guinness items but they were further reduced just after I received them , I emailed customer service and they refunded the difference . A wonderful company to deal with .
Always great customer service but rarely need to contact as orders are received usually the next working day after placing my order. Dpd are an excellent courier but on this last occasion they advised they were delivering but didn't. I contacted lulu & Lucy emailed me and explained the situation - no problem & received the parcel the next day. Can't ask for more - I love my purchases, good communication & delivery was within 48hrs.

Worst customer services possible. Placed an order on 22nd May. Courier has lost the parcel. 11 emails, 10 calls to customer care office not answered. Left on hold for 10 minutes still no answer gave up. I own 23 lulu guinness bags….won’t be buying another one. Shocking that loyal customers have to pay for courier error. Very disappointing.

Jul 17,2021Ordered a purse in the sale and was told it was on it’s way and payment was taken. Brilliant, but then was contacted to say they had ‘oversold’ the product and it wasn’t coming now. That was really disappointing and you shouldn’t be allowed to sell more than you have! The only good bit was Sinead sorted the refund within 4 days and not up to 10, which I was told initially.
