Lulu Guinness was founded in 1989 by its then 29-year-old eponymous designer. Since its conception, the brand’s intention has always been to create playful and striking designs that empower the women who wear them.
Lulu Guinness designs are regularly seen on the arms of trailblazing women, such as Kate Moss, Adwoa Aboah, Emma Watson, Poppy Delevingne, Paloma Faith, Helena Bonham Carter and Dita Von Teese. These are women who embrace their own strength and femininity, and are never afraid to push boundaries with their sense of style.
Influenced by one-of-a-kind creatives, such as the Surrealist fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, the brand is known for its light-hearted, playful and timelessness spirit – which the Lulu Guinness women have.

Apr 05,2021I was contacted by Lucy telling me the wrong colour bag had been sent because of a coding error. I’d not unwrapped it and was asked to check which I did and confirmed it was wrong. The staff went over and above to rectify the error and it was excellent customer service how it should be everywhere the staff I delt with ( Lucy and sinead) are a credit to Lulu Guinness

Feb 12,2021I returned some trainers as faulty and asked for another pair. The note I had asked for a replacement was not seen so by the time it was noticed the trainers were out of stock... But Lucy did everything she coukd to find me a pair. When she had located a pair she sent them out and kept me informed so I knew what was happening. I am now the proud owner of a pair of lulu guinness trainers. Thanks Lucy.

Feb 09,2021Bought a 3 pack of readers. I loved the first pair I was wearing. By the time I got to the 3rd pair I realized there was a defect in the lens in my vision. The store would not take it back because the box was no longer (had to tear it open to get to the bottom pair. The company would not replace. Got an email to take it back to the store. One out of 3 pairs in the trashcan.

Feb 06,2021Grossly disappointed over my recent transaction I ordered a crossbody bag in the sale, but after a couple of days noticed that the payment had not been taken When I contacted Lulu Guinness I was told that when I paid for the bag, the payment screen had timed out, my payment had not been taken and the bag was no longer available I had saved for so long to get this bag & I still haven’t got it Very, very disappointed

However they were unable to provide the missing items from my parcel without returning everything and reordering. I fail to understand why the couldn't take the items from another bag and send them to me. A Compromise was reached but overall still have given a gift that disappointed.

It came with a free returns label and could not have been more straightforward. Within a few days, a full refund (including my original postage) was in my bank account. This was totally hassle free and I really appreciated it. A great service
