When we actually got to the facility, everything turned out to be exactly what we expected - villa was amazing, and the service was very very personal and courteous. We really enjoyed ourselves !!! Dec 21,2024DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. Good when things go right but no customer service. We arrived at the address no such place . I rang twice and both times they said they would get back to me but never did. Very disappointing

Her customer care has made our lives so easy with a high standard of professionalism and an easy remedy to our situation. Dec 20,2024Really unhelpful. Won't use them again! The customer service team won't/don't liaise with the hotel to try come up with a solution. Really disappointing. It is better to book with a hotel!

Dec 19,2024We have been using Luxury Escapes to book our holidays over the years and were overall very pleased with the accommodation packages offered on LE. Recently, I had some issues with the payments and Carlos E at customer service took the initiative to sort out the problems for me himself instead of palming it off to “responsible department”. LE’s product is great and LE will do even better if it sought to hire more customer services agents of Carlos’ calibre.
