I contacted luxury escapes as I needed my booking amended Tara P was very helpful and contacted the hotel and had my booking amended promptly and quickly. She followed up with a phone call and an email. Her customer service skills were fantastic .
Tara P was my Luxury Escapes consultant today and she did a marvellous job fixing a problem we had with our reservation at the Raffles Dubai hotel. The hotel created the problem, not Luxury Escapes. Tara P was in constant contact with me and the hotel, she is very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Gift card expiry Our gift card expired by a few days and they refused to reinstate it My father is in palliative care and we really would like to take him on a short break to spend some quality time together. Would not recommend !

Gemma E was very pleasant and helpful today when I booked my escape for the wrong dates. I needed to change the dates and the standard of accommodation which I was unable to do online. It was good to speak with an efficient and capable person.
The property was excellent. Clean, spacious and great ocean view from my room and while dining in the restaurant. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the Luxury Escapes amenities, fast track custom clearance, special menus and drinks.
Great service and very polite on a concerning situation that was dealt with very professionally on Christmas Eve when wasn’t expecting to get to speak to anyone. Twara G deserves a shout out for her lovely calming manner and how she dealt with my situation. Thanks again to TWARA G

I had a query regarding purchasing a voucher and spoke to Bryan B and he was extremely helpful and solved my query within a couple of minutes and then followed up with an email which included detailed instructions on purchasing the voucher.
Luxury Escapes have been brilliant in their support of us following the Vanuatu earthquake. Lychota M, Jake and Tara P were instrumental in helping us secure a refund on our reservation and making swift alternate plans to travel elsewhere in less than a week. No matter what we encountered, we had support from Luxury Escapes that made it all far easier than if we were making the arrangements ourselves. Lychota M helped our communication with our original resort to secure a refund, Jake helped us find alternate travel (as well as giving us suggestions to make our transfers easier) and Tara P assisted us with a discrepancy in our booking and resolved our sea transfers (worth ~$800) within an hour. They each have been so genuinely helpful and efficient; we couldn’t be more grateful. My sincere thanks to Lychota M, Jake and Tara P for getting our honeymoon off to a brilliant start!

I would worn everyone before booking any more holiday escapes with Luxury Escape. They have ruined my son's Honeymoon completely. He had booked the hotels with them good few weeks/months in advance and fully paid for. When reaching the hotel yesterday, he was told there was no room available that he had booked and had paid for and they put them into a basic room available. Luxury Escape toom my money and confirmed booking for the suite room but they only paid the hotel for the basic room and booked. A whole day of constant calling where they could not even bother to return calls to try and resolve the situation most of the time .... I have submitted this review on behalf of my Son who is currently still in Mexico struggling to get the room they had booked and not to mention lost 2 nights of the accommodation that had been paid for weeks ago. It is DISGUSTING. I WILL be updating to confirm the outcome of this issue if and when resolved. Booking ref.F245A4
Had an issue where I purchased a voucher as a gift but it showed the dollar value. Sent an email and Tanya responded asap. She has fixed the issue and emailed me a new voucher that could be given as a gift. Awesome response and correspondence from Tanya. Thank you so much

A very good hotel supported by a great package offered by Luxury Escapes. Banyan Tree is one of Bangkok’s very finest hotels and I hope this package appears again as I would unhesitatingly repeat.

Dec 27,2024Luxury escapes answered all queries promptly, found all staff very helpful. The booking process was stress free and the end result was more than I anticipated. A big part of this was due to the wonderful tour guide who was with us 24/7 Nam Nguyen Cuu. Nam was so caring of all on tour, very informative on all subjects be it history, geography, food, people, etc. Hotels five star and as the tour had only 10 participants, very congenial. Large air conditioned buses supplied, excellent drivers. All of the tour flowed perfectly.
