Another bookie happy to advertise good odds and perks but unwilling to lay unless your a mug. £1 maximum bet says it all. Hides behind responsible gambling banner making you jump through hoops with documents, bank statements, P60’s, wage slips, pension statements etc which will take months only to be told you can bet on the casino which I never have or never want to or you can bet a £1 on the horses, very responsible!
Again.... Just reading these reviews it makes my stomach curl.. ive had an account for over a year, provided id to depsoit! not used it in a while, had a little bonus.. Managed to turn it into a substantial amount.. No surprise I withdraw then my account is restricted and I cant log in, ive sent all the documents they asked for... Id, utility bills, photo holding id, 2 phone verifications.. A week on since withdrawing and im still none of the wiser and just keep getting fobbed off! 24/48 hours it will be sorted I keep getting told.. Like others here on Trustpilot, had an account for around 8 months but as soon as you start winning they don't want to know you any more. Was restricted to a maximum liability of £1! so requested a withdrawal of my total balance which is when the fun starts! Was asked for proof of ID so sent them everything, even things they didn't request, however that still wasn't good enough. I was told a scan of my passport was blurry and unacceptable, despite having sent the same scan to various other bookmakers over the past few years who had no problems with it. Two weeks after withdrawal request still waiting for a not inconsiderable £3,800 and haven't replied to emails I sent them. Use this company at your peril!
I wouldn't use this company to bet with. There are many other services that do the same thing but much better. You will be better off using William Hill, Sky Bet or Paddy Power to name a few. If you win money with Mansion Bet they then restrict your account so you cant win any great amount again. They will then try to push you into using the casino instead, claiming there is no restriction in this section. They will deny this in a statement underneath, but I assure you this is the case. This company seems to be crooked all the way through, employing underhand tactics that are both not fair and also not safe to the vulnerable, especially when 'safer gambling' is supposedly of paramount importance. ( cue the crap underneath about how they protect their customers and have strategies in place). Please use a different betting service.
Mansion Bet don't deserve your business. After waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawal to be made, I was asked for bank statement, passport, driver's license, gas bill - i.e. ALL of these - and was later told that despite thereafter having a verified account that I was not entitled to any bonuses or promotions, with no recourse to reverse that discriminatory decision. One withdrawal and Mansion Bet goes into meltdown and denies you what they advertise to new customers. Awful company, terrible flaky website with an unreliable and irritating Live Chat function & unhelpful Customer Service jobsworths. They deserve to go bust. Loads of other decent sites, so don't waste your time with Mansion Bet, who only honour their promotions when you're constantly losing money. One withdrawal, and you're in their bad books. Put them in yours first before wasting your time with them.
For no good reason and without any explanation my stake limit was put down to zero. So I couldn't place any more bets. Like any other bookmakers once the user wins once or twice they don't like it and do anything to exclude him,
They make it very difficult to withdraw your money. Happy to take it but when you try to withdraw it asks for id and they are in no rush
Awful! Deposit and withdrawals all fine until a big win when asked for verification. I send documents immediately yet my account still remains unverified and they hold on to my money. Never had issues with any other sites.
Waste of time opening account if you are trying to win. Limited to £1.02 stakes after winning about £1,200 over a couple of months.
I won a substantial amount of money on this site. They will prolong the verification process and reject your documents in the hope you continue to gamble and lose your money. All pics I took were with a GALAXY 21 (the highest resolution camera on the market) and were extremely clear and legible. I've resubmitted my licence and passport four different times only to be met with differing excuses. They are the same pics used to complete verification on four other gambling sites. Do not use this site.
I would never recommend anyone to use this company at all. Signing up and depositing your money, is easy and straight forward to do. Once you want to withdraw your money out of your account, it's a nightmare. The customer service can't give you a straight forward answer on when the money will be deposited back into your bank account. You supply everything they want and they still take ages to deposit. I've be waiting 4 days now. All I recommend is deal with a different betting company
A shame I can't give them no stars. Opened an account, placed four £5 bets, won about £30, restricted within a day to 50p bets, must be some sort of record. Not even worth the time registering and going through the verification process.
Signed up on Friday no problem told account was fully verified so deposited money won a few bets withdrew no problem then on Sunday won a substantial amount withdrew it all of a sudden account on hold please send on documents. Sent on documents that work no problem for other betting sites but mansion bet keep refusing them 4 times. Live chat is non existent. Can't get anywhere with them. User name: chris5500
AVOID - they do not like it if you win and do not honour free bets they promise as part of their Bet Club! I tried using their livechat but was consistently disconnected forcing me to reconnect and go through security again. Use one on the bigger names, the service is so much better and you'll be treated with respect. I wish I'd checked the reviews here before signing for an account with MansionBet. There's no smoke without fire as the saying goes, two thirds of the reviews here rate this company as BAD - 1 Star!
I had to call Mansion Bet's customer service department with an accounting query that was effectively preventing me using the site. I was assisted by an extremely helpful and polite gentleman called Ivan, who could not have been more courteous or professional. I'm really suprised by the bad reviews. I've been with mansion bet now for about 7 weeks. I've always recieved my withdrawals the same day. I sent in my driving licence and most recent bank statement and I was verified after a day or two. If I've ever had any problems I've called up and the service has been great. I really don't understand how all these people are complaining. One of the best sites out there and the fast withdrawl is fantastic recieved the same day every time I've withdrew. 5 stars from me
SHOCKING customer service. I had to wait a week for them to verify my address. I could not receive my winnings which were a substantial amount.
Worst gambling site ever! Avoid at all costs!! They are asking for documents to verify your account , i have emailed copy of my cards , bank statements and receipts but i am Waiting for more than a week and they are keeping my withdrawal blocked and i am calling customer service everyday but with no results! Issued a complaint to Gambling Commision also!
Opened my account 2 months ago and have been unable to place a bet! I have provided all the required documents and was informed the account was fully active and approved but the deposit feature is blocked. I emailed he customer service weeks ago and have followed up several times since and I haven't received any response at all. Undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
