Apr 30,2023as a canadian I've never done cosmetic surgery tourism before. i felt confident and assured of my choice with this company from start to finish. logistically once you get the hang of procedures, and with google translate when your nurse isn't around, trip was pretty smooth. i had rhino + bleph together. hospital room was private and nursing staff very attentive. what i found the most helpful with my consult with dr fatih ceran is that i had a collection of pictures showing the exact result i wanted to avoid any confusion - he was able to determine exactly what i wanted and assured me it was achievable, and he delivered. nurses and drivers are all very polite. same with hotel staff service was prompt. am already seeing outline of new shape before bandages come off, am excited for my results in the coming weeks as swelling continues to come down. oh and do yourself a favour and dont refuse your iv pain meds on the basis of trying to tough it out - that will lead to no good. i recommend bringing more turkish lira than euro for spending money at restaurants and vendors however credit card is accepted at many establishments i visited. felt quite safe going around despite the chaotic nature of the city. you have to hail your own cabs and negotiate your fare and sometimes get turned down depending where youre going, uber doesnt regular fare doesnt really work, but i found out uber black called a car promptly if you cant find a local yellow taxi. crowds and hilly streets and terrain could be a hazard for healing so i would advise good walking shoes too. would recommend to any foreigners coming to turkey for a surgical clinic.

Apr 28,2023Amazing servise, amazing people! It was second time for me to use MCAN Health and I could not wait to meet all the team again. And it was like beeing reunited with best friends or much loved family memebers... The coordinators, nurses, drivers - I cannot thank them enough for my time here and making me feel so comfortable. Thanks to Dilan for advising me on my surgery and organising my trip. Cansu, you are such abriliant and hard working young lady. Big thanks to nurse Jasmin. You are very professional and have big heart. It was very sad for me to say goodbay to all of you. So my experience has been brilliant! I would highly recommend to anyone.

La cirujía muy bien!! Gran trabajo del mi cirujano y todo su gran equipo!! Nada de dolor, buena recuperación, muy buenas sensaciones en este cambio tan importante en mi vida. Ya son 20kg en 4/5 semanas!! Si se siguen las pautas que te indican…EXITO ASSEGURADO!! Muy contento del aprendizaje desde 0 de como debemos alimentarnos y de cuales son los habitos correctos. The staff is extremely helpful and lovely, the nurses so helpful, and the surgeon did a revision rhinoplasty on me i never thought was possible in my country of origin and i gained confidence, trust in MCAN with all my heart, i really do think they are the best company out there. Really skilled team and surgeon, to the plastic surgeon to also aesthetics clinic they own. It was my second time operating through mcan and i will not hesitate in the future if i need to! :)

Apr 27,2023Amazing experience from start to finish. No complaints at all. They did their best to accommodate the airline lost my baggage and I had no clothes or anything they helped me out so much. The surgery was smooth they didn’t over promise but they over delivered! Which I am entirely happy about and loving my new body now! Thank you!

Apr 24,2023From when I was booking right to the aftercare my nurse was Saba she has great communication with me with my follow ups and and questions I had to ask. It was abit of a worry going on my own to a different country but they made me feel comfortable and so far my hair is going really well (10th day after) would definitely recommend them to anyone! I have friends that are now looking to book in with them.

My experience with MCAN, was the highest possible level with the best team. I am going to start the review with their Representative Yasmina, the best person to talk, always available and helpful with any questions or concerns. Most impressive person, she would make sure you are accommodated and highly respected. From the airport, The drivers, very kind and ready, always driving carefully with their goal to reach on time from point A to point B. The Hotel, very friendly and accommodating. At the day of the procedure, Very welcoming in MCAN, respectful, everyone ready and waiting for you to start the procedure, The nurse, Xhansu,and she is very sweet person,explaining everything and every step of procedure before and after the procedure. She still continues to contact and makes sure I am ok after few days now. Ata and Emre, amazing guys, hard working very concerned and always paying attention to the procedure, fully focused on what they doing, making sure if I am ok while performing the procedure. Doctor Sedef, she is very energetic, very nice doctor, I am going back for the next procedure with her after a year. For the full results and to give the last word on the review we have to wait and see after a Year. To the Owner of MCAN, keep them happy, you have a great team.

Apr 22,2023At first I was very scared to have my rhinoplasty in another country. I'm from the US and I was very worried about the quality of surgery and care I would receive here. I can't say enough how wrong I was. The doctors, nurses, drivers and everyone else in between were incredibly caring and kind. They took such great care of me and my mom. I had rhinoplasty and my mom had a face lift. They picked us up from the airport the minute we landed here, they drove us to and from our surgery, our follow-up visits, and they hand delivered our prescription to our hotel room. The nurse came every day to our hotel room to take care of us, it was truly incredible. I would highly recommend Mcanhealth and Dr. Alham and his whole crew. The best!

Apr 13,2023If I could give this company -100 stars I would. I paid for a gastric bypass and I woke up from surgery thinking I had a bypass. I came back home to realise no restriction or weight loss, after having a endoscopy it was noticed that a bypass wasn’t done. The surgeon dr Erol vural opened me up for nothing and now I am £3000 short. No refund offered. I am now seeking legal action.

Apr 12,2023I have just had a mommy makeover with this company and I’m delighted with the whole process. The team at MCAN are so professional and helpful every step of the way. I was not the easiest patient but the nurses were so patient with me. Farnaz came to see me first and she calmed me down and went to so much effort to make me feel happy such care was given by her and then her colleagues Saba , she kept in contact everyday to ensure I was comfortable. Then the rest of the care team were just as attentive to my needs. These nurses are absolutely amazing! Shakila my initial contact was amazing from start of my journey to the end. MCAN have the best team and service and I have recommended them to my friends and family. One of my friends has already used them and she is equally happy! May 02,2023UPDATE - I'm changing my 3 star review to a 4 star review as of 6/28/23 I'm doing this because my results have gradually continued to improve over the past two months. Now at 15 months post transplant, I can finally say that my results are beginning to look acceptable. I hadn't expected this to be the case since everything tells you that you'll see almost all your hair growth after 12 months, but it appears that decent results just take longer with some people. ****** It's now been over 13 months since my hair transplant and I unfortunately have to amend my previous 5 star review. My results are simply not very good. I was supposed to get 4000 grafts implanted, but when I woke up from the operation I was informed that they only transplanted 3500 grafts. I'm really wishing they would have stuck to the plan because my hair now looks very, very thin and that 500 grafts could have helped a little. They were also very slow to respond to my emails throughout the past year, sometimes taking months to get back to me. They told me to try and ignore the concerns that I had and to just wait for my 12 month checkup, and it's now been over 13 months and no one has bothered to check in with me. I'm pretty disappointed, to say the least.
