Mar 29,2023From the beginning to the end. The staff is professional and compassionate. The facility is very clean and run very well. The doctors are well informed, and very experienced. I felt like the team went the extra mile. I had a FUE procedure completed and I am in my second month of recovery. I can write a final review after six months.

Mar 28,2023“The experience was organised with military precision, carried out with lack of staff formalities, making a relaxing environment for both the staff and patients.” Collection, transport to and from MCAN, and the return journey The taxi drivers were punctual and pleasant, they would contact you or the hotel by phone, and did their job well. MCAB The team know what they are doing, no one was stressed, and each step of the procedure was in place, and the staff all did their work with ease and skill. I will say I fell asleep at least three times during the six hours of activity. I acknowledge that for others they would not be as relaxed as me. Afterwards On the first day I had a headache, which passed during the night. There is redness to the worked on area, no pain, bleeding or swelling. I already have my own hair growing, and now it is a time factor. Afterthoughts I am happy with how the entire chain of events went, the operation was for me a very good price, and I feel I picked a good company. Now it is the waiting time to see the final result.

Mar 26,2023From the time I contacted MCAN, they were superb, in terms of Communication and Organisation. All paperwork and requirements were clearly communicated and provided. The quotes were quickly provided (Surgical fee as well as hotel stay - no hidden surprises). The documents provided included full staff details with photos, all fees, dates, and addresses of the hospital and hotel, down to every last detail. The fee was all-inclusive, which covered collection from the airport and return, plus all the trips between the hotel and hospital all with great communication throughout. A special mention to Dilan, Çağla, and Yasemin, as well as the drivers and the doctor. I am extremely happy with my surgery and am glad to see I was not one of those poor people that had a nasty experience. My doctor was certainly as professional as they come and very experienced!

Mar 24,2023Hemos llegado desde Suiza, ha sido una experiencia muy positiva, tuvimos un problema minutos antes de la operación, porque soy fumadora y el doctor no quiso realizarnos la operación 🙈 Rápidamente el equipo de traductores y nuestras guías se pusieron en marcha para solucionar el problema y nos cambió de hospital y de Cirujano…. Siempre con mucho cuidado de no tener riesgos…. Ha sido una experiencia muy positiva… Muy buena Clinica, Cirujanos muy muy profesionales, equipo de traductores y acompañantes y por supuesto también nuestros choferes, que nos recogen y nos llevan puntualmente y todos todos MUY AGRADABLES….. Mar 17,20235*s for MCAN. I've had more than one hair procedure and chose MCAN for all my hair treatments. Luckily I had a healthy donor area for extensive work. Elif my MCAN, experience assistant was friendly, efficient and always on had to help with any questions, advice or arranging transport. My driver Ilker, was always prompt, polite and friendly (always ensuring entry and exit to transport with care, not to damage/bump head after procedure!). Dr Sedef, has headed (pardon pun😁) all my treatment. I'm delighted with the results. Thank you MCAN and team

Mar 14,2023After nearly 5 years of promising myself I would do it, I finally travelled to MCAN in Istanbul in March 2023 for a hair transplant. I had chosen MCAN from the outset after speaking to other MCAN transplant patients. In addition, I also knew people who had used MCAN Health for other treatments. I was therefore completely happy that this clinic was the correct choice. Due to commitments in the UK, my time was limited, so I arrived at Sabiha Gokçen Airport at 6am after flying overnight, and was at the clinic by 7.30am. My driver was happy to chat and help me learn some Turkish phrases. Upon arrival at the Clinic, which is an enclosed private building in a quiet street in Levent, I was met by the Senior Doctor and one of the nurses. We discussed treatment and my procedure was designed. I was to have 4350 grafts to create a hairline and backfill my head to the crown. I was entirely happy with the decision and paid the fee. I was allowed time to settle and acclimatise after my journey and at around 10am I was taken to have my head washed and shaved. The extraction process then began. This consisted of painkilling injections to the back of my head before one nurse carefully worked to loosen each graft whilst another nurse collected each graft. All the grafts were carefully stored awaiting transplantation. This extraction phase took 1 hour and was painless. The back of my head was initially bandaged and I was provided with lunch. The next phase was preparing the scalp to receive the grafts. This is a critical process and the Doctor carefully made 4350 small receptacles in my head. Once again I had painkilling injections prior to this and felt no pain. This process took about 30 minutes. The final phase was transplanting the grafts. A team of nurses took just over 2 hours to carefully insert each graft. Once again there was no pain and I slept through most of this time. Upon completion, my donor area was cleaned and a fresh bandage applied. Before being taken to the hotel, I was given the appropriate medication and pillow to ensure I could sleep that evening. In the morning I was taken back to the clinic and my bandage was removed. My head was washed and I received the appropriate aftercare lotions and shampoos. By 10am I was on the way back to the airport and by 5pm GMT I was back home in the UK. From door to door the process was less than 48 hours and all connections, transfers and procedures were seamless and professional. In short, MCAN is a professional clinic and those who work there are lovely people who do fantastic work. My only regret is that I did not find time to do this sooner! Mar 10,2023Can’t recommend MCAN Health enough as the goto place in Turkey for any procedures you are looking to undertake. An Incredibly professional and friendly team that ensure your stay and visits to the clinic are comfortable throughout. My excellent PES provided me with my full itinerary and always keeping me informed of all appointments and made sure transportation to and from the hotel was organised - as well as ensuring I had all the post procedure medication and treatments required. I had both my hair and teeth done and I’m absolutely delighted with the results. If you’re thinking of having similar procedures then MCAN Health needs to be your no.1 destination to have them done ..

The nurses and patient experience coordinators / case managers were amazing and driver. You can generally feel the care and positive vibes. Very attentive to your needs. Choosing MCAN was safest and best choice that I made. Thank you to my MCAN family for taking the absolute best care of me throughout my stay.

Mar 07,2023Hi,I was travelling from Germany to Istanbul to get my gastric sleeve surgery done on the 21st February 2023. By the time we landet the driver collected us, he was very friendly. One day before the surgery my patient experience specialist made sure, that I got all my medical tests done. The surgery went very well the surgeon was very nice. Everyone took really good care of me. Now two weeks later I feel great and already started to loose weight. Thank you MCAN health for taking such good care of me.

Cansu was very informative and friendly and made sure she was available to assist in any way possible. Even when I had to purchase travel size containers she assisted me. The accommodations and transportation was convenient but the quick professional service and operation was ideal for anyone who is nervous or apprehensive. Feb 28,2023From initial enquiry to returning home, I can honestly say my entire experience with Mcan has been flawless. I did lots of research and was torn between two companies when it came to booking and I'm so glad I chose mcan. No question was ever too much pre travel and I always had a response within minutes. My travel itinerary was thorough and precise and I knew exactly who would be caring for me throughout my stay. The whole process was smooth and uncomplicated and everyone could not have done enough to make it a wonderful experience. I travelled alone for surgery which was a daunting thought, but I can honestly say I never felt alone once during my entire stay. Even at 5am in the morning when I was worried about something, my patient experience specialist was there to answer the phone and reassure me. The hotel was very clean, spacious and I felt very comfortable. Drivers were all very polite and caring, especially post surgery. Thank you. I can't thank my patient experience specialist Cansu enough. She is kind, caring, funny and exactly who I needed to support me through such a big process. Even the days when she could not visit, she would phone or message to make sure everything was okay. Dr Polat is a magnificent surgeon. He is experienced, kind, listened to my desired look and delivered. At just ten days post operation I already love my results and I know the final results are yet to be seen. I felt truly safe in his hands and can't thank him enough. Yasmein, my nurse who visited me daily post op, what an angel. She alleviated any worries i had and took amazing care of me. Thank you.
