Feb 19,2023Since my first contact online the on of their consultants (Dilan) was super efficient in answering all my questions promptly and she was genuinely caring. I come from a service industry and I can tell if someone is nice because they genuine care or because they will a commission from the sale. On the day of the hair transplant the team Sedef, Cagla and the assistants) were really caring, knowledgable and professional. They advised me on the best design for my hair (explaining why) and they executed the hair transplant perfectly. The aftercare support was great as well and part of package without any extra costs. I can still ask any questions that I have plus they check my progression via online communication. I am very pleased so far with my experience and I will update my review as my hair grow more and the results become more visible. I recommend though everyone to stay at another 3 days in Turkey after the surgery to recover properly before you fly out. If you want to do sightseeing arrive earlier. Last but not least it worth mentioning that reason I chose MCAN health because their standards comply with international organisations like Temos, their successful case studies/reviews and most importantly the patience of the consult replying to my non stop questions before I even buy anything!😊 I definitely recommend their services and I will use them again if needed. Thank you!

Feb 19,2023Surgery went well the nurses are very attentive the hospital room is hygienic and comfortable Cansu was my first point of contact for the whole procedure she came in to check up on me during my stay at the hospital which I appreciate very much shes very sweet and organised Shakila was my sales rep planning my trip and surgery was a breeze with her Thank you to all the staff at Mcan

The entire staff, from the case workers, patient experience specialists, drivers and of course medical staff and the doctor her self all went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision. This pleasant experience continued while I was in Turkey reassuring me that I had definitely made the correct decision to have my hair transplant done with MCAN Health. I would definitely recommend this clinic if you want to get your hair transplant done. 5 stars!

Feb 13,2023Ich habe vor eine Woche MCAN Hospital besucht. Ich habe mir schon so lange diese op gewünscht ( Brustvergröserung) , aber immer wieder mich doch nicht getraut diese op durchzuführen. Weil trotzdem eine op ist und nicht ein Spiel. Aber als ich MCAN im Internet ( Instagram) gefunden habe und mich sehr darüber informiert habe, Ich muss wirklich sagen, dass ich die Glücklichste Frau überhaupt bin und ich mich richtiger nicht entschieden könnte. Dass ich mich vor Dr.prof. Alhan operieren zu lassen war das richtige Entscheidung meines Lebens x 🙏🏼 Dr.prof. Alhan ist sehr professionell, er tut dich beraten.. er sagt erst von seiner Seite was er richtig empfindet und was er für dich und dein Körper entscheidet . Und ich habe mich entschieden an das was er mir empfohlen hat ( die Größe von Implantaten) weil wenn er nicht besser weiß dann wer?? Er erfüllt der Wünsch der Patienten nicht zu 100% sondern zu 10.000 % denn er sehr professionell arbeitet . Ich habe ja lange gewartet aber ich habe den richtigen Arzt gefunden. Danke 🙏🏼 danke danke Dr.prof.Alhan! You are The Best Doc!!!! Ever! 🍀 Ich bin heute wieder zuhause angekommen. Vor eine Woche habe ich 2 op beim MCAN Hospital machen lassen.. also! Ich muss wirklich und ehrlich sagen.. ich hatte soo viel Angst gehabt vor dem op.. ihr habt keine Ahnung.. und als erstes dachte ich mir ich muss das ganze alleine durchziehen weil erste Tag mein Freund, mein Begleitperson konnte nicht bei mir sein wegen Unwetter und Flug nicht nach Istanbul fliegen konnte.. aber als ich da ankam.. habe ich gleich den Fahrer (BURHAN) kontaktiert.. er hat mir viel Mut gemacht und mir immer und die ganze Zeit gesagt.. es wird alles gut sein (es war mehr als das) und ich brauch mir keine Sorgen und Gedanken machen weil ich nicht alleine sein werde, denn alle werde sich um mich kümmern und mir helfen und so war’s auch. Meine Ansprechpartner ( Cansu ) 🫶🏼 war mir gegenüber vor ersten Blick gleich soo vertraulich und soo nett und lieb.. ich kann gar nicht in Wörter beschreiben. Sie war IMMER an meiner Seite, aber die ganze Zeit. Sie hat mich besucht ins Krankenhaus aber am alle liebste sie hat mir immer geschrieben und um mich interessiert.. dieee ganze Zeit! Vllt kennt ja jemand dieses Gefühl wenn man neue Leute kennenlernt.. manchmal ist so das man sich gegenseitig nicht so mag o nicht diese Chemie ⚛️ zwischen manchen Menschen fühlen kann. Aber mit Cansu war soo bei uns.. wie „ liebe auf die ersten Blick „ 🤭 Ich habe die von erste 3 Sekunden gleich gemocht. Und das kommt nicht immer so vor das so ist.. man ist nett gegeneinander aber nicht so wie man sich von andere Leben kennen würde. Die Krankenschwester im Krankenhaus waren auch sehr sehr nett und haben mich behalten wie ein Star. Erste op Tag im Krankenhaus war für mich die schönste Tag. Ich habe da keine Schmerzen gefühlt.. denn ich wurde so behandelt wie man sich gar nicht vorstellen kann. Ich hab erstmal nicht mehr vor bei mir irwas zum ändern aber wenn mal irwann der Fall wäre, würde ich mich total nur für MCAN entscheiden.. denn die ganze Team mir so viel vertrauen gegeben hat und man fühlt sich dort besonders gut und würdest nicht sagen das du in ein Krankenhaus bist.. sondern in einen Castel und du bist die Prinzessin 👸🏼. Ich weiß.. ich habe viel geschrieben.. aber ich konnte noch 10 Seite darüber schreiben.. 🙈🥹❤️ ( A übrigens.. ich habe Brustvergröserung und Augenlidstraffung machen lassen.. beim DR. Prof. Alhan) Der beste! 🫶🏼

Feb 10,2023Very professional and helpful clinic showing great care before, during and after the procedure. Always fast to reply to any questions both related to the procedure but also any other queries (hotel etc). I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a hair transplant.

Feb 10,2023I couldn’t of been happier with MCAN health care. I was recommended MCAN by a friend who had a hair transplant by them last year and he couldn’t of spoken more highly of them and the results spoke for themselves. From the first interaction with MCAN they made me feel so comfortable and where very informative and easy to talk to. Me and a friend went over to Turkey together and we where met at the airport by our friendly driver and taken straight to a 5 star hotel. The next day we where picked up again from the hotel and taken to the clinic. As soon as we arrived we where greeted by a friendly and well spoken team. Each process throughout the day was explained to me so I felt comfortable and at ease. They even offer you lunch half way through the process which I much appreciated. After the hair transplant is complete they take you back to hotel with all your medications and a neck pillow so you can sleep more comfortably. The hotel offers a very nice restaurant and room service just in case you don’t want to leave the room. MCAN then picked me and my friend up the next day for our bandages to come off and heads to be cleaned. They take you into the office and explain all the after care and give you your foam and shampoo. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I honestly enjoyed the whole experience from start to finish. They drop you off at the airport just a few hours before your flight. I even joined my dad 5 weeks later who wanted a hair transplant with MCAN. It’s been 10 weeks since my transplant and I’m over the moon with the results so far and can’t wait to see the full results.

They kept in contact the whole time and made me feel at ease throughout. I would highly recommend the clinic to anyone in future. Very very friendly staff and lovely clinic. Feb 07,2023I had an awesome experience at mcan. Everything was set up by amazing patient coordinators who answered my questions day or night. I arrived and Turkey and was picked up by a very friendly driver who brought me to my hotel. The next morning I was picked up with another few people around my age and we all talked together at the clinic. The clinic was very clean and well kept, the staff was friendly and took time to answer my questions. The procedure was painless and the staff made me feel very comfortable. The aftercare really is minimal, and have seen only good results AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS. Thank you mcan health!

Feb 03,2023Mi experiencia ha sido genial, en España busque mucho tiempo algo donde poder arreglar mi dentadura, y quería algo rápido, seguro y no tenia mucho tiempo ni ganas de esperar tantas secciones, así que deje mis datos y contacto conmigo Jessica que me explico las condiciones y de verdad que no tuve ninguna sorpresa al contrario todo súper agradable y ameno principalmente por la atención, la rapidez y la profesionalidad del personal. Las instalaciones están muy bien y en general ha ido todo muy bien. Queda desmentido el mito de Turquía porque Estambul me sorprendió agradablemente sobre todo la seguridad a pesar de ser una ciudad muy grande y bullente es muy segura. Hay aplicaciones para los taxis y la comida es espectacular. Todo de km 0. Calidad precio muy recomendable.gracias Bengu y Jessica y a todo el equipo.

Feb 03,2023The staff were amazing, they constantly go above and beyond to make sure your happy and that the process goes smoothly. Cannot fault them or the procedure at all making me as comfortable as possible the whole process was so fluid and easy, the aftercare has also been fantastic with the staff checking up on me every other day and also answering any questions that I have. Can't thank them enough for their work and service during my time there. 10 out of 10 service and I couldn't recommend them much more to anyone that's thinking of getting any work done. Amazing company, amazing people.
