Jan 27,2023I was on a research visit for my work ( unrelated) and incorporated a treat for myself at this clinic too. The whole team was fantastic. From booking with Shakila, the surgeon, Benku and the nurses. I had 5 star treatment from start to finish. I was put up in a 5 star hotel (The Grand Cehir) for 7 days and with a two night stay in the clinic, I was in Istanbul for 9 days. Post surgery, a nurse was sent to my hotel room daily to change my dressings and monitor me daily. This was truly an impeccable service. The surgeon is a genius and has a great sense of humour too! Thank you all so much for taking such good care of me. X I managed to go out and about and complete my research of the city succesfully too for my project! Win win.

Jan 27,2023Hello, First of let me just start with making a statement, this by far has been the most pleasant experience I could ever imagine, I found Mcan Health to be one of the if not the best treatment facility. Before I set out on this journey, I did heavy research into who I would like to go to. I’m from USA and booking services like this was a little overwhelming. I viewed their website and reviewed their work and read a lot of reviews and payed attention to before and after from existing clients. I finally took the step to reach out to them. I filled an online consultation and within an hour one of their team member reached out to me, it would be an understatement if I say I didn’t ask a lot of questions and every single thing I had a doubt about or was unsure was put to ease, I was satisfied and decided that this was where I’ll be getting it done. My whole experience was very organized and strategized to the dot. They provide exceptional services from getting picked up from the airport, trip to clinic and back, the check up, the whole nine yards !!! It’s like I was being pampered !! It was very easy and relaxing. The staff was super friendly and the environment was very clean and hygienic ! When I got the the clinic they had everything organized, treatment was done in one day, had a follow up the next day, once I got done with everything I was super happy with the results, matter of fact on my way back at the airport I had at least 7 people stop me and ask me where I got my work done since it was done very professionally and the job looks very clean! I highly recommend Mcan Health to anyone who wants an exceptional experience because heads will turn !! An amazing 5 star ⭐️ Thank you Mcan Health you’re amazing ❤️

Jan 26,2023Well I choose this clinic 5. Years ago because I new the results work because my friend had been the year before. So I flew over 5 years ago on my own and can’t stress how good the service and people were at Mcan. I got picked up and welcomed very good made me feel comfortable. Took to hotel everything was sorted before I arrived so then went the next day to clinic and it’s was top top treatment. So then year years later I have gone back because my friend was getting a full head treatment so I come also with him to get a little top up and what can I say. Even better quality of service and treatment 5 years later. Everyone at tht clinic are very nice people that make you so comfortable throughout your treatment. They take you where ever you need to go through your time In Istanbul. And I also seen a lot of different people arround hotel worth their treatments done else where and it didn’t look as good quality as wht the staff at Mcan can achieve. So I would rate Mcan as the best clinic In Istanbul absolutely quality service 5 years ago and 5 years later even better again 👌🏽

Jan 23,2023This was my second visit to MCAN health for a further hair transplant to fill in my crown. The first one at the front of my head was very successful, but as I was very bald, and have fine blond hair, it is impossible to cover the whole head in one sitting, so I needed a second. The experience was just as good as the first, if not better as the team remembered me, and were so happy to see the result of my first transplant. As I’d been before, I felt even more comfortable than the first time. Airport links were flawless, driver was lovely and the hotel MCAN had booked me into was lovely, just like the first time. The service at the clinic its self is brilliant. The team are lovely, and will do everything they can to make sure your visit is the best it can be. The clinic is clean, modern and welcoming, Would highly recommend! :)

I dealt with Dr Polat and he's a very good surgeon who always makes time for his patience and deliver great results. My nurse Farnaz was very helpful also. She took great care of me post operation. I would highly recommend them.

Jan 11,2023Very satisfied with the result, I definitely recommend MCAN! Especially the guidance throughout the project is very nice. Everyone is very friendly and you will be helped well. I do think that the planning could be a little clearer so that you know where you stand. All in all definitely 5 stars!

I can’t thank the nurses enough for being there whenever I needed them. Big thankyou to my surgeon too. I am inlove with my new breasts. Will definitely be returning :)

Jan 10,2023⚠️ AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST🚫 The worst decision I have ever made in my life was trusting my body with those guys, and I hoped someone had warned me about them. But I will do a favor for the people who maybe considering to get their plastic surgeries done with MCAN, just read my story and see all the photos and documents I am attaching here. Over a year ago I had liposuction on my upper body. The communication was not that bad friendly staffs. I flew from the U.S they received me at the airport and took me to a hotel. On the day of the surgery I met the doctor he started doing markings on my body. when I tried to discuss my concerns and ask him questions, he would cut me off every time and not let me talk. He would say “” yes yes. I know I know don’t worry” He was a horrible unexperienced/unprofessional doctor you can tell. I suffered very pain during the post-op. They would throw me back in the hotel without nurse supervision or follow up care except for lady who brought me medication on the next day… My whole body now looks weird. Irregularities, some areas taken fat and right next there’s junk of fat. My belly button moved from its position, just horrible results that no one would be happy about it. After reaching out to them several times about my results and send photos, they came up with a conclusion that they showed the photos to the doctor for evaluation and he said nothing is wrong with my body. This is total rip-off. Response: I have sent you an updated photos many times during the course of my recovery but each time you were telling me that the pictures will be shown to my surgeon for evaluation but you were just buying time until you finally came to the conclusion that the results I got was my fault for not following the post surgery instructions given to me, while it’s abviously was poor performance conducted by inexperienced doctor.

Very professional team and top-notch facilities from initial contact with Mr. Emar he was extremely helpful and readily available answering all my questions about the process/operation. The operation went smoothly about 10 days ago. My doctor and the clinical team were absolutely great, including Elif who met me at the entrance with a genuine Turkish-delight welcoming smile. - and they all provided excellent services while in Istanbul (an amazing tourist/historic city had a great time sightseeing as well). I am looking forward to sharing the progress of my hair growth during the next expected milestones at 3. 6 & 10 months...and will keep you updated on Trust pilot.

Cagla made me massage! was good (of course it was a little painful after the operation, but it worked) After the massage it was very nice! Thank you all!!! Yasemin visited me in the hotel and looked after the wounds! Petek translated everything into German for me (was a relief :)) Dr Polat is a very competent doctor! I was picked up by the driver from the hotel and brought back! thanks again everyone

The Surgeon was absolutely fabulous explained everything beforehand and his aftercare was great he made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend MCAN for any surgery.
